My rep helped me right away. She was knowledgeable and new exactly how to fix this issues I reported.(Bad SIM card was the issue)She explained along the way and took the time to lookup my account and check my current plan and recommend a helpful feature benefit (Hot Spot) and a option to reduce monthly payments (autopay). She checked to make sure my automatic iCloud back up had happened recently.We tested everything before I left to make sure all the issues were or resolved and I left very pleased with the whole process. 5 Stars !!

I bought a Galaxy S21 at another store and received terrible customer service. After 2 frustrating days of not being able to figure out something on set up (the other location would not help me with the set up) I went to the Swansea store for help. In less than 5 minutes Joshua solved my problem and even assisted in helping me connect the phone to my car. If I could give over 5 stars I would. Both he and the other lady that worked there were very kind and patient. I wish I bought my phone there but will certainly refer them to anyone looking for a phone.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted by one of the associates who referred us to Harrison. Unfortunately Harrison was already helping 2 other customers. Regardless of this he came over and helped us . He juggled 3 sets of customers and kept them all satisfied. We were able to upgrade my phone in 15 minutes. He did a tremendous job. This is why we go to the Swansea store.

After wasting 2 days at the Seekonk AT&T, I was ready to switch providers. I decided to give the Swansea location a try before doing so and I’m sooooo glad I did. The experience was like night and day. Harrison went above and beyond to not only help me upgrade my phones but to also make the experience enjoyable. I could tell by the questions and advice he had that he was trying to make sure I had the best plans and devices while also saving me as much money as possible. I didn’t work with the other two employees there but I could overhear their conversations with other customers and I can honestly say they are all so knowledgeable and thorough, which is exactly the opposite from what I experienced at the Seekonk location. Harrison literally changed my overall experience and perception of AT&T as a whole and has made me a lifetime customer. I started the day ready to join my husband’s plan at Verizon to now excitedly telling my husband he has to be added to my plan at AT&T. Thank you Harrison for the best customer service!

Josue Lopez was great to deal with, very helpful and patient. The poor guy is trying to work this store alone and deserves a raise for doing the work load of 2 or 3 people. Hopefully AT&T will hire someone to help him since it is frustrating for customers waiting to be helped and for the customer being help, but being interrupted by other customers needs.... but again he’s handling this like a Boss, and doing the best he can. He was helping other customers while he was waiting for my new phone to boot up!

What a difference a store makes. I went to the Seekonk store and not only was I taken advantage of but they added a phone line and never told me I was eligible for an upgrade. My phone bill was over 300.00 because they took advantage of me. And Curt at the Seekonk location was horrible and did not want to help me at all. I decided I would go to Swansea location and Keri and Kyle were amazing and 100% understood my situation and helped me to the fullest. I couldnt be happier with there kind demeanor and thoughtfulness in this terrible situation I was in. I was taken advantage of by Jasmine and Curt in the Seekonk location to the fullest and Keri from Swansea helped me so much. Cant say enough about Keri, Kyle and Karissa the manager. I will definitely trust them in the future. Thank you again Keri.

Great experience this evening at this location. I was there to purchase a new phone along with my two young children. Victoria offered them a channel to watch on their tv while she assisted me with my phone upgrade, which was very helpful. She was able to thoroughly explain my choices of pine upgrades, their capabilities and cost to help me make my decision. She was a pleasure to visit- my 5 year old took her card and let her know he would be calling her on his own tomorrow for his own phone!

Great experience

Terrible customer service. They are nice when you want to buy something, but terrible when you want to return something. They sold us a case that was for an older version of the phone, which ended up breaking 2 glass screen protectors we purchased from Amazon. Then when we tried to return the case, they said no because it was 15 days since we purchased it and their policy is 14 days. Awful. Its called good will. If you treat a customer fairly, they will come back and give you more business. If you dont you will lose at least 10 potential customers from the bad rep. Good job!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff but the family unlimited plan I signed up for was not reflected in my bills costing me hundreds of dollars more in just 3 months. I will go back and see how they can fix it. If it is resolved and I am refunded then I will change my rating.
