In town and needed a quick cost effective fix for my sons iPhone 11. Read the reviews and figured it was worth a try. Literally replaced the screen right in front of us, in 10 min with a nice quality cost effective after market for about half what an apple OEM would have cost us (which would have not been worth it on a 2 year old phone!). Son happy, dad happy... Now if I had only brought my wifes phone too!

I took my phone to one place and the technician hit two buttons and told me he couldnt do anything. I went to Profix and they tried everything they could and stayed with my phone for a week. They were adamant on finding out what was wrong with my phone. After trying everything they could there was no hope for my phone. Even though they couldnt bring my phone back I appreciate all they did. Very profession and will definitely be using them in the future.

Should have done this a long time ago. I called the guy, asked if he replaced phone batteries for a Google Pixel 2XL. He said sure come on in. Said it might take as much as an hour, and maybe even more if he has any trouble. But either way, should be at least 30 to 40 minutes. So I brought my iPad, and sat in their nice little lounge/waiting area. Prepared for the long haul, and before I could even get into something interesting on my tablet. He said he was done. It took like 15 minutes at the most. Maybe 20. So even though I live in Portsmouth. It was basically about an hour, and 15 minutes from the time I called, till I was back home to enjoy the rest of my day off. I wish every place had service like this. Very happy customer. Did a great job too. Kept the phone waterproof, and all. Very impressive phone tech. Guy knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Called as soon as they opened, they told me to bring my iPhone down, I was greeted by Rasif who actually did the repair on my phone, new screen in and out under 20 minutes, absolutely professional.

TOTAL JOKE! Please never go to this place. Worst experience Ive ever had. FAKE CHINESE PARTS. Replaced my front screen and broke it TWICE! Told me the screen was just defected which was a LIE. Proceeded to try and get my refund and DIDNT HONOR HIS WARRANTY POLICY. After arguing with Rasif the owner for 2 hours, making a scene, he finally gave me a partial amount of my money. Charged me $60 in labor for 20 minutes of work. PATHETIC! Tried to charge me an extra $60 for the screen he put on that barely works! Then he told me to just keep the money and begged me to not leave a bad review. SAD!

Fast service and able to fix any screen at a reasonable price

We went there yesterday to get my daughters iphone screen replaced since it was shattered. Repair was very quick, and the screen looked fine when we left. During the ride home, less than 25 minutes later, the screen went black. My daughter freaked out, I told her no problem, probably a loose connection and I would bring it back. I brought it back today and the guy says the screen was physically damaged and he would charge me $20 to replace it. I told him it was not dropped or damaged in any way, and there was a guarantee posted in the store. He refused to give me details on what was covered in the guarantee, asked me to leave, and threatened to call the police. He also muttered profanities in a foreign language while I was waiting for the guarantee info.

Very unprofessional worker. When I tried to explain how my sisters iPad was cracked ( due to this man shoving her iPad into a case full of glass) he called her a liar and told her she must of done that. So not only did she pay $150 to fix her broken iPad the first time, but when she confronted him about the new cracks that were his fault, he yelled and told her he would gladly fix it for another $50. Find somewhere else, honestly.

Save yourself aggravation. Go some where else. Took my daughters phone in for charging issues. THEY broke the back button and keep giving me the run around about why its not fixed. Been almost 2 weeks and we still dont have it back and they are supposedly waiting for a part still.... seriously go somewhere else.Response to reply: - breaking my phone had nothing to do with the pandemic and all to do with incompetence and getting the run around was because you ordered the wrong part. The young man who helped me with my phone was fantastic! He was very friendly and very accommodating. I actually left there with my phone owing him $22. He trusted me enough to let me take the phone. I of course returned the next day with the money and he was surprised see me back the next day ! I would recommend this door to anyone who needs to have their phone fixed. They also have a great selection of cell phone cases and tablet cases.

Came today at 10am. Salesman was extremely extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job repairing the screen on my iPhone whatever number it is. Total time was about half hour spent which was perfect as I own an operate an extremely busy company where this particular cell phone is crucial. Price was great. The only negative was screen replacement is a Chinese knock off, definitely a huge difference than OEM. I am going to break it in half tonight and go purchase a new phone from Verizon tomorrow.

I called around to 5 places and of the 5 places he was not pushy and pricing was fair. I am glad I did because the service was great. iPhone X screen was cracked. He replace it with a new one but also allows you to watch him do it and he will show you how to do it yourself if you want to do it. Place had a TV for you to sit and wait. Wait time was less then 15min. Brought in screen protector and he put in on for you. Left the store and 10min later the phone fell out of pocket and broke the glass screen protector. He was nice enough to replaced that. Good guy to work with. I would go back

Cracked iPhone X screen. Cost $160 since he said the lcd was broken. He fixed it but then I returned 2 more times that week because the aftermarket screens he kept putting on were junk and weren’t functioning properly. For example buttons not responding or at one point I had a line across the screen, so I went through 3 screens in a week. The last one I had gotten I to wait for a few weeks to be shipped (I’m guessing from China) so I dealt with a broken screen in the mean time. The last time I went in so he could replace it he actually had the nerve to ask me for more money. Overall he seemed nice but I couldn’t believe he had the nerve to ask me for more money because he kept putting junk screens on my 1,000$ phone. I personally wish I had just gone to apple and saved myself the headache and had a normal functioning phone. To this day the 4th screen he gave me doesn’t respond properly, sometimes part of the keyboard doesn’t work at all. He seemed like a nice guy which is why I didn’t lose my temper in the first place after everything i went through with his junk merchandise, but his true colors came out when he asked me for more money. If anything I deserved a refund never mind giving him more. Bottom line if you have a valuable phone do yourself a favor and go through the manufacturer no matter what it costs or how much time it takes. If your phone has seen better days then cheap it out and go with someone like this.

Do not get your phone screen fixed here !! Got my iPhone XR screen fixed ( just one crack on it nothing else was wrong with the phone) when I got the screen fixed from here I could no longer do face recognition anymore and was very hard to type on the screen they said that they couldn’t do anything about it that it was a problem with my phone even though it worked fine when my screen was cracked! With in two weeks my phone screen started to turn green and I now have lines down the screen and the screen is coming out and they refuse to fix it !! So upset to how they handled this situation.

I walked in with a cracked and LCD screen not working, gentleman greeted us with smile and ask what did I needed help with, I gave him my Iphone6+ which he took a look at it and said it was fixable, with it 15-20min it was fixed with a a clear glass protector. Love it and caught me by surprise. Very friendly, as soon as you walk in they the doors it smell so awesome, wish we could waited inside just to enjoy the pleasant smell but it was too hot. I will definitely be coming back with other broken items that I need fixed

Customer service is always great. I have sent at least a dozen friends that needed minor to major repair or replacement. Prices were more that fair and upfront prior to any repair. Quite fast considering all the different parts on cellphone.

I called just as they opened to see if they could fix my phone after I foolishly dropped it and had been cutting my fingertips for days before I decided to break down and pay to fix my dilapidated mobile device. Rasif assured me he had the correct parts and had time to fix my phone right away. It was as simple as that. Pro Fix wireless is a professional service! I had a few problems with my phone, after visiting pro fix its a brand new phone! Before having my own experinece with getting a phone repaired I was thinking where to go, but now thanks to Pro Fix wireless staff there is no need to think even a minute in case me or any of my friends will have a trouble with electronic devices!

They suck. The customer service is horrendous if the employee is actually there. They have nothing in stock, but say theyll call you when in its in. They wont call you. Go somewhere else and pay more. Its worth it.
