My wife and I moved to the area 7 months ago and have used this drugstore exclusively. We have had nothing but positive experiences. In fact, when we got our flu shots this week (14SEP2021), I commented to the staff that this is the friendliest drugstore weve EVER been to. I understand that they are often understaffed, but many businesses are in these unusual times. All things considered...I am pleased with my Swansea CVS and highly recommend it.

I have been put on hold for 10+ minutes numerous times at this pharmacy. This time, I am at 22 minutes and counting. Horrible.

I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes with no one answering too many times to count. This morning it was 21 minutes. Why have a phone if you don’t answer it? No one in there seems to know what’s going on with prescriptions. They have given me different answers on the same questions depending on who answers the phone (when they do, which is noteworthy in itself). If my drug insurance wasn’t thru CVS I’d be at another pharmacy in a minute. This area needs a manager!!

I don’t know what’s up for scheduling Covid testing, but this is trash. No one is scheduled and no one is here and I can’t get a test. I can’t even schedule myself.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They literally threw my wife’s prescriptions at her. This is the second time we’ve had to call corporate on this location.

The store has gotten cleaner, more efficient, and the pharmacy really was helpful. They even informed me of the mandatory pharmacist break time (1:30pm-2pm), so I wouldnt be inconvenienced.

One star zero stars not available pharmacy dept. it has been a while but I will never get over how rude and unprofessional the female pharmacist was.

CVS pharmacy has a very rude person that is working there this happened two nights ago I advise you people to look into this because this is the second time it’s happened and I patronize the CVS store in Swansea quite often the girl at the front register apologize to my son for the way her employee talk to him she had her earbuds in her ears I guess she was stocking shelves and he didn’t realize that she couldn’t hear him and pulled out her earbuds and that’s when she got very rude with him also the machine where the coupons come out of they had gotten stuck in there and he asked for her help and she just seem to be annoyed that she was being disturbed so I think you better look into the situation about your employees

Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed. They are very nice though and the store is well managed.

I am coming through this area on the way home from an appt with my surgeon in St. Louis. I had other business and I chose to do in this area and this CVS happened to be in an area of other businesses I needed. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait to begin with and thought that was quite a lengthy wait, but figured well, I can do my other business during that time and should be able to finish my long drive home when I leave CVS...Well, I was back in time to the minute. I wait at the pick up window 5 minutes for them to tell me it will be another 20 minutes. Boy, did I make a bad call to pick this one!

Friendly staff, place is always clean. Deals are well advertised. Only negative is that there isnt a bathroom available to the public.

They never ever answer the phones in the pharmacy. It’ll be something urgent that I’m trying to tell them and they will let the phone ring for 20 minutes straight.

CVS PHARMACY Seriously needs new management especially in the PHARMACY section.

Ive tried calling the pharmacy numerous times and been on hold for 20 min with no avail. My prescription was supposed to be ready 2 days ago and is still not available. What do people do if they are in dire need?
