Received 5 Walgreens coupons in mail & decided to pick up on much highly needed items. I found everything I needed & upon arriving at checkout & presenting the coupons to the cashier he states, The register probably wont take all the coupons. It seemed he didnt wanted me to redeem them. Anyway, he ran all the items & when I handed him the coupons, he said, You have to purchase the actual items to redeem the coupons. I think everyone knows how coupons work. I didnt waste the time to tell him that I diligently compared each item with the coupons before I put them in my basket. When he entered the coupons he was surprised to see that they all worked except one. And that one coupon he just happened to remembered I had that item. Unfortunately, however, he couldnt process the last coupon & he had to call over the only other staff who was in Walgreens with him to process it. All this took quite a while & the line was backing up. Bottom line. In these challenging times a little better efficiency wouldnt hurt.

Sherry in the pharmacy was as nice as they come. I had problems with my debit card and she showed a lot of patience. She was genuinely a good person.

Such a short wait time as compared to Fairview Heights. Employees are always pleasant and helpful especially in the pharmacy! Seriously, in the pharmacy they always do what they can to help...and with a smile, not making you feel as though it is a burden to them. Great job!

Is easy to get in and out of quickly. Typically has sale items in stock. Photo center is typically slow services. Has an outdoor Resbox which is convenient.

Its a shame that Walgreens (Fairview Heights Location) has nasty people employed. Its a difficult time and niceness makes all the difference. Sorry to all the people needing help who get stuck dealing with Dr. Tate.

Wow..tara the cosmetics manager (lol) is the most hateful and her unwillingness to try to resolve my issue was absolutely lazy and absurd. I walk in with 4 young kids trying to be patient as she swap my conditioner for shampoo because I accidentally grabbed conditioner and I needed shampoo, yes it was the same exact brand and size, yes it was still unopened and in the bag! She seemed to try and make it as difficult as possible, they were the same price and everything I mean seriously lady ??!! I just walked out and am going to Walmart to buy my shampoo mind you that my shampoo costs $8.97 so yup she made them loose my business!
