The Swansea, MA site is clean, efficient, well-run. I had to get two units within hours, they accommodated, recommended the least expensive option, and were very helpful.

Great facility, clean, great location, & easy setup.A few minor issues:1. The app which should make it easier to get in and out of the building wont let me register an account. Its frustrating to always have to enter the code when going in and out with handfuls of items.2. The small carts to help carry your stuff to the unit are amazing, but there arent enough. They are either taken or you have to walk across the entire facility to go and find one.3. Parking isnt great for unloading & loading near the store that is closest to our particular unit.

Great facility, and great employees! My move in was a dragged out process over months and I had to cancel On Dan MANY times but he made the experience so easy and was very understanding throughout the entire stressful time, and he and Justin have been helpful any time it was needed since! They said they were hoping to get some reviews being so new and Im glad I could be one!

Customer service was amazing, Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable about storage and answered any and all questions I had! We did not end up going with the storage unit due to needing an even larger unit then was available in Swansea but the experience was so nice I was not even worried about asking for a refund, would highly recommend this facility!
