Ive been using this u-haul for years! Exceptionally great service, the manager has a great personality and will hold a normal conversation about anything if your out in the storage area

I rented a van for about 5 hours, on the side of the van it reads Rent Me $19.95. By the time you get additional charges it was $134.00.So much for $19.95The associates were nice. They have no control of charges.

Overall experience was good, the people working there are real forward and direct about fees and rentals. They can be a bit slow navigating the electronic contracts. If there is a line I suggest getting a coffee and going back.

Great staff with quick answers to my questions and very friendly. I have been to other u-hauls and this is one the cleanest and nicest ones Ive seen. Would use again and great prices too!

This spot sucks they are hard to deal with and the gm is not there for you hes there for a paycheck uhaul has gone down hill so much, i assure you they lie and dont care when u prove they did

Joe, the owner, was very helpful in both scheduling my storage unit, as well as receiving the truck after I had moved. He was understanding when I needed an extra day to clear out the unit, and worked with me in a very friendly and personable way. I would highly recommend the Swansea Mass Uhaul.

Been with them for 3 years now. I have been in the process of moving back to Arizona and love this storage unit. Drive up, pick up, great staff and clean.

They split our contract up so my son had to pay twice for his car trailer.

Joe couldnt have been more Condescending, Dismissive, and Matter of Factly on the phone when asking about availability of the storage units!He seemed more concerned with turning away the business than doing business!!!Granted they were Sold out, but he didnt have to respond when I asked if it was true, and his response was you really catch on quick, dont you?

My wife had some stuff in storage for five years it was a dry good storage unit,the staff was great and courteous
