Ive used Pak Mail over the past few years to store and ship product we sell online. We have a very fragile product and it has always been packaged properly and protected so we have not had a single product break due to shipping. George is alway accommodating in handling our special requests as well. The prices for shipping are great and save us a ton of time and money having to do it ourselves. It was a great place to do business with when I first started once they were bought out everything went downhill they keep losing mail or throwing it away I cancelled my service and for the USPS code they are supposed to be forwarding my mail for 6 months after I cancel the service and refused to do so now I have a bunch of lost mail and checks are missing along with several very important pieces of mail from insurance companies as well as state and local and federal authorities
