I have purchased many new vehicles in my life. This is the first time I have purchased a new vehicle and was happy with the sales staff. They were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and did not try to pressure me into anything at all. What a great car buying experience. I will never use any other dealership ever again. My salesman Dylan was very good. He new the answer to all my questions. The finance department was helpful with the paperwork too. The parts department was also very helpful with my parts questions too. As for the management they kept checking in on me during the sale to make sure I was being treated rite. RATING CHANGE & STATUS UPDATE: It has been 7 months since I purchased my 2021 Rogue from Nissan of Keene. Normally I avoid new vehicles, payments, etc. but with job transitions because of the pandemic, it felt appropriate to have a new, safer and dependable mode of transportation for my work as a caretaker and a mobile DJ. From the first test drive for a corny advertisement offering me a $50 gift card I knew I liked the vehicle. The sale process was a bit off with an employee who would soon depart the company, but thanks to some wisdom from my Dad and the heartfelt help from some members of the Nissan management team, the transaction and guidance for my vehicle care has settled. What was the most difficult aspect was when I was informed I would need new tires after 6 months. It turns out that although the tires sold on the vehicle are Firestone, they are a unique brand that has no warranty. With less than 13K miles and a crew that did not want to rotate them I was nervous and unprepared for that early of an additional cost. After a few false starts and an unnecessary trip to Fitchburg I was happy to get some help from Rob Brennan and Tony Percoco - two members of management that understand the realities of the local worker and helped facilitate four new tires which have better reviews (although I am unsure where they are manufactured...). I feel much safer with the new tires and hope that they last, although I wish I knew why the last ones didnt last - why was my alignment off?I am editing my review and rating to reflect the hard work of these individuals and their better understanding of customer service than the people with whom I initially interacted. I would strongly suggest that during these times of change, join us with some of your vehicles sponsoring events like local car shows and touch a truck. Your involvement and sponsorship will help our community while you also help educate people about the choices in everything from the specialized over sized tires we need with your sports models to explaining the amenities of the options - stuff that used to occur when your sales people used to ride with potential buyers during test drives. I had my car in for a weird grinding noise. They did fix it and told me what else may need work in the upcoming months which was helpful. However I had a tire pressure light on. Which is pretty obvious when you turn the vehicle on. Hoping they would fix that during all their tests they ran they did not. And here I am a week later still with the light on!

My car was due for an oil change. Staff are courteous, friendly, caring and professional. They informed me that my key fob will be due for a replacement battery at my next oil change and an air filter for the the interior air system. I feel well cared for and informed about the condition of my car.
I primarily worked with Steve in August buying a pre-owned Nissan Rogue. The car has been great thus far. I really cant speak highly enough about their professionalism and willingness to work with customers. Steve was very thorough with information as well as personable. Generally, my experiences at car dealerships have been pretty unpleasant as the salesmen are often overbearing and pushy. That was not the case at Nissan of Keene whatsoever. They were relaxed, helpful, and great to work with. They also gave us a fair price on the car, especially compared to other dealerships. Barring issues with the car itself (which again, has been great so far), I plan to go back for my next car purchase and Ive already recommended the dealership to other friends. Steve mentioned when we last spoke that their dealership has some of the highest customer return rates in the country and I can see why.
As always polite, professional, and efficient. Took care of a recall, normal servicing, and diagnosed a a warning light problem quickly. As I was at work before they opened they arranged home pickup and drop off and my car was home before I was.
I was very happy with the salesman, an his knowledge of the vehicle he was selling. There is nothing worse to me then a sales person try to sell something they have no clue about.
Went in with a busted fog lamp and they fit me in even though they were busy. Also found a bad license plate light and washed the car.

I’m super particular about the esthetics of my cars; they were able to get me an all black Nissan Rogue Sport from another dealership THANK GOD, because I was not about to get into another color! I went here due to a car I purchased ( somewhere else) a year ago having problems. I was given the news it needed thousands in work. As I sat there in tears over this turn of events and not knowing what to do. Chris, ben, sara, and another sales lady asked to help and understand why I was in tears over a sunroof. See my husband passed away and our 3 yr old said when I bought my vechile look mommy daddy has his own window to see me(sunroof). As I cried over breaking my sons heart these amazing people found a car with a daddy window and I am forever grateful. I heard good things about Nissan of Keene from a co-worker who had an amazing experience a few months ago! I went in on Black Friday and knew exactly what car I wanted. I test drove it and really enjoyed it, but wanted to wait a bit to be extra sure. I kept looking on the website and could tell cars were selling quick, I was so happy yet anxious because the one I wanted was still there and figured that day would be the best time to go and possibly my only opportunity to get it. I called and went back that afternoon and Taylor was wonderful to work with! It was my first time going through that kind of process and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Chris did everything he could to make sure the numbers worked for me. I work at a bank and we are all about good customer service, so it was really nice going somewhere else and receiving that same vibe. Everyone was so friendly and not pushy at all and answered any questions I had. I had to call my bank towards the end and they were nothing but patient. I dropped my car off for an undercoating and that was an easy and convenient process as well! Nissan of Keene is a top-notch dealership. Although I live 40 minutes away, the customer service is why I continue to return. Each and every time I am at Nissan of Keene, many members of their team great me and have conversations about how I am doing. I travel approximately 30K miles a year. The service department is fantastic and keeps my car running in tip-top shape. They are always aware of rebates and apply discounts - when possible - to keep the maintenance fees to a minimum. I had a scheduled appointment, given both email and phone call (with a real person) reminders. Everything was ready when I arrived. My vehicle was taken right away. I was given a 2 hr timeframe. I must have appeared concerned because two techs were assigned to service my vehicle and it was finished earlier than anticipated. I love the texting and real time updates. The video was also a nice added feature to your service. The price quoted 6 mos ago was still accurate. I asked for the techs to check my wipers and they did. They needed to be replaced. ALL went well. Thank you.
I leased my car back in 2017 from Nissan of Keene. That transaction in its self was amazing. A lot of other dealerships I had spoken to previously asked me what color I had in mind before I could even tell them what I needed in a vehicle. That was NOT the case here. I worked with an Associate to go over what cars they had that would best fit my driving needs while staying within my budget. The very last question after looking at all of the options was what color do you see yourself in?.Every time I bring my car in to get the oil change, inspection done or just have them look at something that Im not too sure about, has been impeccable. Nicholas Owen has always gone above and beyond with my car, answering simple questions I have or cleaning the inside of my windshield for me. It always gets returned to me sparkling like new and I never have to wait more than an hour for the service to be complete.Even today when I went in to get an oil change and inspection done on it, they didnt have a desk available to work at (the one they usually offer was being used). Nick took a small table in the waiting area, cleared it off and put it in front of a chair near a power outlet so I could work while I waited. Thats just one example of the type of amazing service youll get at Nissan of Keene.Honestly, even when my lease is up Ill probably stick with Nissan of Keene just for their amazing service department. Its too bad that the sales associate I worked with before is now in Service because I wouldve loved to lease another car with him. I guess it just makes the Service Department that much better though.

Found a car online at Nissan of Keene - I already had in mind what car I wanted to buy. I live 2+ hours away so it was going to be a journey, but it seemed like an awesome deal so I gave them a call to see if the trip would be worth it. From the first call, Steven Duclos was extremely helpful, professional and understanding. I had a question about the car that he answered right away and I decided then I’d take the trip down to check it out. Through the whole experience, Steven was so down to earth and a ton of fun to work with. I’m grateful for his help and hospitality and for the whole team Nissan of Keene who made the car buying process so simple, straightforward, and pressure-free. I just wish I lived closer so I could take my new car here for oil changes and give them more of my business!

Nissan of Keene was the second dealership I had been to when searching for a car. I drove around for a few minutes, looked at a few cars and no one really came out to ask what I was looking for. When I finally got the attention of Taylor, a new hire and not totally sure of himself, I was a little skeptical at first. Taylor made this process easy, comfortable and he was very friendly. I test drove the new car, liked it, but left the dealership in search of more. Coming up empty handed, I went back. I thought about the other dealerships I went to and was very impressed with the friendly atmosphere of Nissan. Thank you for a great experience Taylor and good luck on all future sales! Nissan of Keene is like no other car dealership that Ive ever known, and I dont think this will ever change. The care and respect shown to all who walk in the doors makes all the difference. Walked in feeling discouraged after a couple dealerships / test drives. Tony welcomed us with open arms and zero pressure. Nissan checked off all my “must have” in a vehicle for myself & 7-year old. instant connection hopping in it. I fell in love. The most positive, informative, chill vehicle shopping experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Bonus was the fact that they work as a team to provide excellence no matter who’s client it is. Also, my son’s balloon is still intact 2 weeks in. Tony you rock!
Carl did an exceptional job as a salesman and representative of this dealership and Nissan in general. He is knowledgeable and conscientious and truly invested in helping me make the right decision about my new vehicle purchase. Chris was also outstanding! Have not purchased a new car in a decade and Taylor was a good salesperson (with assistance from Steve) in making me feel at ease about buying my Versa. On the day of finalizing the deal I had some issues with my insurance company and Taylor stepped in and took charge and got me the MA Registration form that I needed. Job well done.
RJ made the purchase simple and fast. From my initial phone call to signing papers everything went quickly. He was very pleasant and easy to work with, and got me into the vehicle I really wanted! I have nothing but exceptional things to say about the dealership!
We went to Nissan Keene to look for a Pathfinder. They were the first of a few stops to make in our search. We didnt go any further. We found just what we wanted, and in our budget. There was no pressure, and full of options to find us what we needed. Tyler was very kind, patient and accommodating. I look forward to working with them in the future for any auto needs we may have.
Amazing customer service! After a few days of getting beat up by the typical dealership salespeople I happened to wander in here as my last stop of the day. The men and women that work here are incredible. They are kind and looked at my situation and offered solutions that were just great. Alex was my sales contact. A gentleman and gentle soul who is easy to talk to and a straight shooter. Chris, the sales manager, is a first rate professional. He and Alex worked together to get me a great deal and moved me up into an even better vehicle than I originally came in for. I am really happy with the experience, the car, and feel there are some people who will do all they can to take care of me. Dont pass this dealership by, and make sure you ask for Alex.
Rob suggested a new set of Yokohama tires and I was super happy they were super quiet riding compared to the last tires I had on the truck. Chris did a great job on the tire installation and alignment too. They treated me very fair. Thanks!
Our sales experience was generally positive. The service work on the vehicle was initially satisfactory but took a turn for the worse when the vehicle was brought in for service at approximately 36,000 miles. The service department presented me with three options, a poverty-level service that was effectively an oil change, a strangely expensive Nissan Preferred service which did include a number of items, and a Nissan of Keene service that offered slightly more than an oil change at a grossly inflated price. The service staff was unable to provide an answer for what was required for service based on the mileage of the vehicle. I do not skimp on service. My vehicles receive the manufacturers recommended service according to mileage. I felt as though the dealership was doing their best to confuse the issue to take advantage of the customer. I cancelled my service appointment, left and went to another Nissan dealership that was able to answer basic questions regarding necessary service. The service options were not explained when the appointment was made, but instead were provided when the vehicle was dropped off, pressing the customer to make a fast decision. I worry that many customers would simply opt for the more expensive service because they felt it was the correct thing to do, not conferring with Nissan or another dealer to be certain they were doing what was required. I question this dealerships integrity and would encourage customers to go elsewhere for service, or at the very least verify every recommended service item. What is sad about this episode is that I was very happy with this dealership up to this point. I noticed that the manager had changed, perhaps this caused the dealership to switch to a plaid pants and white shoes-style of doing business, where dishonesty and high pressure tactics are the norm?
