It was a very positive experience. Matt and his technician did to New Hampshire inspections and change the oil in one car all within about an hour and 45 minutes. Purchased 2004 Toyota 4 Runner with 150,000 miles. Really enjoyed buying here. Owner guy (whos name I forgot) was really laid back. Zero pressure is always nice. Happy to grab keys for whichever vehicle we wanted to test drive without question. Agreed to have my mechanic look over the car before we bought it. Its been two weeks and I couldnt be happier with my purchase! Just got home from getting it inspected and the guys were really impressed with how clean this 4 Runner is underneath. Would happily recommend Green Light Auto to my own mother.

I was referred here after being told I had a leaking power steering pump. I TOLD Matt the owner that my pump was bad and I was prepared to get it replaced. After examining the situation, Matt informed me it was a simple fix - and it was. My total bill was $66 and that included $30 for the windshield wipers I had him install.You dont find HONEST people too often in this world of ours and when we do, we MUST let people know about them. Matt COULD have said, YEP, your pump is bad and charged me WHATEVER. Instead he made a customer for life because he was HONEST!

Excellent service! The staff is extremely friendly and they are always on time with what they say theyre going to do. Ive been to other places where my car has sat in a lot for a week and a half until they got to it, couldnt find the problem, and I had to pay $200 just because it sat in their lot. I had it brought over to green light auto and they found the problem in 15 minutes and I was able to pick it up in under a day.

I am very happy that I have found this place. It is the third shop that I have gone to since I moved to NH a year ago, and the only shop that I will return to. The owner is a genuine guy that appears to care greatly about his business, and in turn, his customers. I have now taken two of my vehicles here on two separate days for service and my experience was 10 out of 10 both times. This will now be my permanent shop. Thanks Matt.

Matt and his team were able to help me out in a pinch by repairing my transmission coolant lines before taking a major road trip in my Ford Ranger. They were able to quickly work me into their busy schedule and get me on my way with an effective and affordable solution, saving me hundreds of dollars based on other quotes I had received from nearby auto shops that were also inflexible when it came to working me into their schedule. These guys are the real deal, and know how to take care of their customers!

I stopped by there for a second opinion to ask if he would affirm that an 02 Saturn S Series engine employs no camshaft sensor (on a wasted spark ignition system) as was affirmed on several YouTube channels as well as my own observation on my own Saturn, and he said he never heard of that!! LMAO. Something fishy with that answer so I did not bring my car there and fixed the broken coil pack bolt myself.

Matt was very friendly, reasonable, and did everything to make sure that my car purchasing experience turned out right. The car had an issue that passed inspection in NH but turned out not to be passable in my home state of VT. Matt graciously took care of the issue for me so that it would pass in VT. Im glad I found Green Light Auto.
