Beyond upset, I bought my car battery less then a year ago, my car is now having the same issue where it won’t start, I come into the store and one of the associates comes out and checks my battery, he said it was good but it needed to be charged, I asked him to check my alternator as well to see if maybe that’s what’s draining my battery, he said that after he charged my battery he would check the alternator and starter for me, 45 mins go by and I see the associate leaving, I assumed for his break, I go inside to ask what was going on with my battery and of course nobody’s knows what I’m talking about, they then send another man outside by the name of Enrique to put the battery back in, not only was he struggling to do so but when I asked him to check the alternator with the diagnostic machine, he said that Advanced auto parts doesn’t do that and that in his entire 2 and a half months that he’s been in the company he’s never checked an alternator with the machine before, rather then argue cause I was already mad, I just turned on my car and left, worst service I have ever received.

Placed an order online for oil and a filter and the order was ready fast, went in and the staff was very helpful did not wait long on line I was in and out quickly highly recommend placing orders online its very conveniente will shop again soon

Absolutely loved the staff! The store was well organized and the staff was super friendly and helpful, made my shopping experience bearable as a woman who has no idea what I was looking for or suppose to look for. Great tip from the cashier related to keeping my car clean and the engine well maintained without spending too much money by depending on a mechanic who might overcharge me.

I bought a starter that by the way has a warranty for life and started 3 times without problems but stopped doing it had to hit it to start and I went to change it and a person in charge did not want to do it because he told me is good and the mechanics who reviewed it they dont know nothing. I never saw so bad customer service is terrible when you find those kind employees.

I needed a relay, just an standard 12v 20a+ relay. But they insist that give the car model... 35$ for a relay... so I needed to go to pick one from trailerss accessories: 5$. But besides that hey only copy codes from a computer.... was a good services and at the end I got what I needed.

Hi, Id like to rent a torque wrench. Employee: Heres the book of thing we rent. ....OK. Index doesnt say torque wrench. Employee: oh, just look in there for the picture.So this numbnut wanted me to look through the entire book to locate the image of the tool I need. GTFOH! The images are 1 and slammed together with many others.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy got offended when i said Ill rent and get better customer service elsewhere.GO ELSEWHERE.
