Purchased a steering wheel cover that was too small. Some how the bar code got ripped off. They made it easy to return.

The manager here she is amazing!! She came out to my car near a year ago and helped me get my review mirror back on cuz I cant figure it out... All the employees at that store are awesome very dedicated workers and they are very dedicated to their customers.

I saw online they closed at 8pm. So I called ahead to see if they could hold the door for me right at 8. I was 1 mile away and gps said 8pm arrival time. The speaker on the phone told me no because they’ll be locking the doors at that time. I kindly requested if they could please just wait for me right at 8pm and all I needed was one quart of oil. I’d be in and out in a minute. She then said “no we can’t do that either” in a somewhat laughing tone. I understand people want to go home at closing, but to help a customer out for one minute is another thing. I then drove up to Oreilly’s and they kindly held the door open for me for 5 minutes. Not the kind of small town attitude I’d expect from Sweetwater. Do better Autozone.

Go in here often and most the time the employees dont even offer help unless you ask for it. Been in several times and was never even noticed being in the store.

I came in the store for a few switches, battery terminals and some wire this evening ( Saturday 4/17/21). After work I drove from Colorado city to go to AutoZone and made it at 7:45 not realizing closing time was 7:55, I looked at the switches for a minute and was told by the lady in the gray shirt that they closed in 5 minutes, I only had a few things to get so I hurried. It wasnt necessary to remind me at the 3 minute and 1 minute mark, I wasnt a customer.. I was just a nuisance. I made it out the locked door at 7:55 without having the extra minute to get a roll of wire but I will never go back.

I want to say a big THANK YOU to Tony, didnt get his last name but he was very helpful and very patient with me and my family. We had an issue with my brothers truck, alarm (horn) kept going off. He is a very smart man, gave us options of what we could do since we had to drive all the way to Dallas. This man needs a raise!! Thank you Tony!!

On a road trip and had some lights pop up on the dashboard. Stopped here and the kind gentleman checked the codes and educated me on what was happening, and showed me how to fix the issue. This kind of service is what always makes me trust AutoZone.

I wish I could give this location 100 stars. The two gentlemen that assisted Adrian Jondle and Theodore Burke truly went above and beyond with their customer service. We broke down on our way to NM coming from La. Alternator went out of course we dont know anyone out here. These young men helped us find the part we needed at the best price. Had someone to go and pick the part up from another location that was like 30 minutes away. And once they closed for the day Theodore changed the part for us. From the time we walked through the door they were just so kind and had a genuine willingness to help which is sadly rare these days in a lots of establishments. We were there for a while and just watching them assist all of the customers that came in that day these guys are just great. Thanks Theodore and Adrian you guys were truly a blessing.

This store has a knowledgeable staff that goes out their way to serve their customers. Justin assisted me in repairing my fan belt and idle pulley. Without his kindness, I wouldve been stranded and spent hundreds of dollars towing my truck to the next town over. I am very fortunate that I broke down here!

First employee was rude. I asked about the batteries for lawnmower and from side of his station he just pointed the direction of batteries which I knew where they were at and I didnt get a change to ask him that they did not have batteries for lawnmower but second employee was very helpful . Niether one had there name tags .
