This location has the best manager and the best employees! Jeana always goes above and beyond for her customers! She helped my family sort out all the issues Verizon was giving us for leaving their service (if you can even call it that). She is patient with my grandparents, who struggle to understand the terminology and jargon. Jenna is amazing too! They are a great team and truly want you to be happy with your service! I will always recommend this team, and you will never get this type of care and effort from any other team!

I loved this store till Gena left. She was so helpful and kind. The new staff is impatience borderline rude and very unhappy. I’m really sad to see this store going down hill like it is.

Poorer than poor. I have had T mobile 13 years. They didnt care, just wanted a buck. Too busy listening to Pokemon and music. I will go back To mobile when I go home
