Best customer service ever! Andes and his co-worker were very friendly and efficient. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I highly recommend this store.

Kiskia at Russell Cellular in Sweetwater was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable employees that I have ever seen at a Verizon store. She sold me my new phone and helped me get it going while also helping other customers. She was the only employee in the store and was multitasking to help everyone with their phone issues in a timely manner. I was very impressed and will definitely make this my Verizon store of choice. Amber was great and very helpful. I visited the store just looking, and she helped me replace my screen protector and put my new one on perfectly. She was also working by herself during a rush and had no problems helping the customers in a timely manner!

Stopped in to this store so I can activate my Pay-As-You-Go jetpack for data. Couldnt do it on the phone with customer service since it kept hanging up on me as I didnt have a valid number. These folks were very friendly, polite and helped me out real quick. Got me up and running in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this location.

Went in to get a jet pack and 2 phones. They told me a price. Went back to get them in a couple or and they didnt have the jet pack. Kinda like McDonalds being out of big macs hours and price was way higher
