Hayes is such a great shop to get your car In Tip tier conditions with great quality services and work, the staff is so nice and reliable they even offer rides if your leaving your car behind or to pick it up .. I came in with a damaged bumper that was hanging( much worse then how it appears in the first pic after driving on it for months after ) and scrapping the ground and they transformed the whole grill of my car it looks just like it did when I first brought it, Hayes will be the only place to work on my car if I ever need it again ‼️

Ryan and his wife are excellent people. They did a fantastic job on my car and were done in no time at all. I had brought in my Mustang to be repaired on the bumper and they made it like new. After the front bumper needed work from being dented in, again they did an excellent job. I appreciate the time, hard work, and patience they had in working on this as finding people who do quality work can be a real challenge.

Very pleased with the service we received. Our front bumper needed to be replaced. The price quoted was fair and reasonable. When we received our car back after having the work done, they had not only replaced the bumper (and it looked great), but they had also cleaned the outside and inside of the car (really well too!). They provided extra touch up paint, free of charge. My husband went to touch up some spots that he knew were on the car but Hayes had already done it. They definitely went above and beyond!

Hayes Body Shop Inc did a repair on our car after a small accident requiring the replacement of a body panel and bumper. They were extremely professional and courteous over the phone and their service was fast. The car came back absolutely perfect, exactly when they said it would. Very bad experience with this business. Came in on a Thursday to get an estimate after being in an accident leaving my car unusable for work and they were very prompt in looking at my car. After agreeing to get work done I was told Id get a call the next day to confirm ordering parts, cost and when to drop my car off which never happen. I call back on Monday while at work (borrowed a car for the week so luckily no rental payments) to see whats going on and the parts still arent ordered but Im told Id receive a call later that day to confirm. By the time I got home from work I received no call. Its 4:30pm and all shops are closing by this point so its difficult for me to set something up. I was able to make it to another local shop before they closed, got my car estimated for 1/3rd the price and had the parts ordered the same day. The parts arrived Wednesday and I got my car back Thursday. Finally get a call back from this business today (Friday, over a week after I got my original estimate) after No communication all week, saying the parts arrived. I cant speak to the work they do but some of the worst customer service and communication Ive ever had. Dont take your car here unless you have lots of time to spare. Very disrespectful business.

They are following covid guide lines. Handicapped parking and access. Great service, friendly. They bend over backwards to get your claim and all your body work moving. Love this place. Been taking all me body problems here for about 28 years. I highly recommend them.

Hayes did a wonderful job on the body of my car. However they sub contracted to Bockmens auto for mechanical repairs which subsequently left me with a blown engine. So they have a 2 star rating based on their choice of auto mechanics.

From the first estimate to the final repair they kept me informed, dealt with the insurance company and even got brand new parts from Ford price matched for what insurance would pay. Waited a month get an appointment for hail and scratches from debris from storm. Appointment came and they didn’t want to work on a black car, too hard, “not going to fix scratches and detail your car, come pick it up dude”. Never again.

I would recommend anyone to go here. They go above and beyond to ensure that youre satisfied. All they had to do is fix my bumper. They ended up fixing my bumper, vacuuming my car, wiping down the inside, washing the outside, putting paint on any rock chips and scratches in the entire vehicle, and they gave me a complimentary bottle of paint for any future scratches. They told me it would take all day and it only took a few hours. Plus they are so friendly!

I cant really say.. Ive only been here 1ONE time and thats to get a quote on something that happened Ive never had business done here. So I dont know? Nor have a clue until the time cones if it ever does? n thats that.

Excellent work and service! After my insurance took a bit longer than expected to approve the repair work, I called Hayes on Friday and they were able to get my car in on the following Monday. Mark helped ensure I could easily get and return my rent-a-car -- thanks!!

I had dinged up the passenger side of my Nissan Rogue trying to avoid getting hit head on by a woman driving a Suburban who turned way to wide, so I took it to my dealership since its still under warranty. They could replace a part of the moulding that came off but they couldnt fix the damage that happened when the moulding came off. They said it could rust if it wasnt repaired before new moulding was put on, so they offered to take it to one of the body shops that they use and get an estimate for me. When he brought the estimate out, I almost choked. This place wanted $1041.00 to fix the moulding and some scratches. When I got home I called Hayes and Mark told me to bring it in and hed give me an estimate. I did and their estimate was for $466.23. I talked it over with my husband and we decided to go with Hayes. I dropped my car off last night and put the key in the drop box. Mark said it would take about half a day, so I was pleasantly surprised when I called around 10:30 to check on the progress and I was told that they had just finished hand washing it and it was ready to go. The bill was for exactly what the estimate was for $466.23, no hidden fees or anything like that. After I got home, I checked my car out and not only does it look good as new, but I also noticed that the chips in my paint from hail damage were gone! They had painted them for me, without charging extra! Im so glad that I went with Hayes! Quality work, friendly and definitely goes the extra mile! Hopefully I wont need to use a body shop again, but if I do Im going back to Hayes!

I once heard that many people liked Hayes, but when a quote is more than tripled in a 4 month period for the same amount of work, and I was told none of it would be guaranteed at all.$ 10,000 dollars with no guarantee, not even if the paint peels within a months time.I will pass, Thanks

They do realy good job

Went there to get a stuck hood latch looked at. The guy said that im in the worst possible situation. I went home and fixed it myself for free. The next time i went i asked if i could bring in parts to have painted and the guys said well you wouldnt bring a steak to texas road house would you? lol. I guess there too good for my money. Also they quoted $800 dollars for a front side fender replacement. Its an 05 Honda, not a Mercedes.

I cant comment on the quality of their work (I never got to that point), but I can comment on the quality of their customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and was told to come in whenever I wanted. About an hour later I walked in their front door and was told (to paraphrase): Were too busy and we are trying to get some lunch. Come back in an hour.Needless to say, I didnt come back.
