Greeted with a hello and a smile. Service was prompt and thorough. I wasnt pressured into anything or upgrades. Got the right oil, got in got out. Look for coupons also! Recommended!

Called them at 14:00 hours and by 16:30 not only was brake job done but also done excellently with a great price tag to cap it off! I spent two hours today calling trying to find a place that did brakes in DeKalb area for a reasonable price and to get the vehicle done today and there was NONE that even touched the price range these guys are able to get their work done at and how quick they got us in. Super polite and professional workers who weren’t pushy about extra work. They told you specifically if something had to be done or if you could manage a little longer without. If any of the workers there read this still can’t thank you guys enough. That car is my livelihood and wouldn’t be able to work without it!!

I have been coming to this location for over a year now and I’ve never had an issue. Always fast and efficient. Brandon really helped me this last time I went with the things I needed to get worked on soon and even showed me what that was. I highly recommend this location!

Came in 550pm they closed at 6.I told them my problem and they said they will take care of it!! After techs looked at my truck they said it could be drained and didnt need a Rad flush. They want to save me money, but I still did the radiator flush just to be safe.Very honest and dependable guys!!!

Google said they closed at 6 and i got there around 4:45. The man checking me out made multiple comments how i barely got there in time because they close at 5, i apologized and explained Google said they closed at 6 and i would have gone somewhere else if i had known they actually closed at 5. He told me “i should have checked the website since Google isn’t always right”. I was so flustered by his comments and trying to hurry that i didn’t double check my receipt and after leaving realized i was charged twice for a service. After calling them, I now have to wait a whole week to get refunded the extra charge because i can only go into the store to get the refund and am not available during the week. Definitely not a quick and easy trip for a simple oil change.

Chris and Brandon were able to get the parts and change my brakes when I was in an emergency situation. They did it all while I waited and with a smile. Thanks Guys! Glad you are mechanics too.

First time going here for oil change. Guys were very knowledgeable and not pushy. Suggested a few things that I should have done to help keep my car running good. Great service! Look forward to visiting in the future.

I paid like $70 for an oil change only for them to somehow forget to put the washer back on my oil drain plug which resulted in an oil leak and a $140 inspection and another oil change a month later

Service was fast, but you shouldnt talk negative about the customer when 1) you dont know their lifestyle or schedule and 2) your customer can hear you. Very unprofessional and will not return

The mechanics at this company are very helpful and professional. I called the last 2 days and they answered right away very friendly. As soon as I drove up to their establishment I was greeted right away in regards to what I needed. The mechanics notified me their were current coupons online to services, that was very nice. This is my second experience with grease monkey and I enjoy coming as a woman not feeling being taken advantage of when it came to the service of my vehicle. Mike, Anthony, & Nick were the mechanics at the time of service.

Friendly fast service. Most big chains have 3-5 hour wait times (minimum) and some can’t even get you in the same day. With grease monkey I can walk in with no appointment and get my oil changed within 15 minutes.

New management is making changes. Honest advice and knowledgeable. These guys care about your vehicle and not Hurley the bottoms line. This is my new oil change spot.

They upped the prices for a standard oil change to 35$ for what? Still the same amount of oil going into my car, and they didn’t even vacuum my floor or put windshield washer fluid in, waste of time and money rather go get an oil change for 20$ and not have a guarantee of vacuum and windshield washer fluid then have a guarantee and still not get it. New crew are pretty rude too. Lost a Costumer.

They left the air cleaner housing open, unlatched. Last 1200 miles driven with air cleaner bypassed. The oil filter is above a cross-member. They left a big puddle of oil on the undercarriage which ended up on my garage floor.

After being a loyal customer for years, I was warned about new management taking over. Thought I’d still give them a shot. I understand mistakes happen, but it wasn’t like they didn’t have my phone number. They could’ve called when they realized that they Failed to put my oil cap back on. With no reason to open my hood, I didn’t know until 3,000 miles later, too late to go back and ask for it.

Kind and professional crew, always willing to educate. Definitely recommend visiting to get any work needed done.

Nothing is super cheap here but the staff is amazing. On 3 occasions they caught small problems with my car that any other oil change place wouldnt have cared about and saved me thousands in repairs. These guys seem to be real mechanics and they really care about doing solid work. Wont go anywhere else for maintenance.

I am extremely weary and untrusting of mechanics however I love this place. Great customer service. They will tell you what is wrong with your car and explain how getting it fixed will or wont help as well as if it is an immediate problem or can be delayed. They will try to sell you other services (upselling is part of almost any customer service job) but will not be pushy about it. They will also save you money when possible. I am a customer for life.

Everyone here is always so nice. Ive gone here a couple times and will continue to go. The service is quick and awesome. Especially being a young woman taking her car to get serviced, they have never made me feel like a dumb girl that knows nothing about cars and have never pushed me to buy something after Ive said no, just because Im a girl like every other place does. They make getting an oil change quick and painless!

The crew was rude upon entry to the shop. There was lots of swearing around the customers.I had a brief exchange with what appeared to a manager. He made excuses and told me I didnt know what the hell I was talking about. Shady crew & marginal service at best.

Very unprofessional staff, was very rude over the phone with no professionalism attached whatsoever. Said i can only buy and use their parts to get my vehicle repaired with them.

They are so helpful and try to save you money.

The only complaint i have is that they did not give me the full service oil change which included checking my tire pressure and vacuming the inside of my car which they failed to do, also i did not like the fact that i could not see what they were doing from where i sat at, it makes me wonder if they really checked all my fluids

Look elsewhere! Got overcharged because THEY put the wrong oil in...discounted price a little, but still overpaid. So tell me how is that the consumers fault after you told technician/employee what you wanted.....

This place really is ran by grease monkeys. Three times Ive gone here. The second time they told me my car wasnt registered in their system and needed a special synthetic oil that cost 90 bucks. Same thing happened the third time. And of course youll need a new air filter and registration light every time you go there, apparently.
