My previous review was premature of my entire situation. I bought a vehicle that I loved about a month ago, worked with Alberto who is absolutely great, but proceeded to have check engine light issues. Within a week I had been to the dealership twice to get a code cleared and within 2 weeks I lost the vehicle to repairs for 4 days. Check engine light came on 2 days later for me to then lose it to repairs again for 2 more days. Repeat the situation for another day the following week. Service department was great and were fixing all issues without money out of my pocket giving me a loaner car each time but there was surely an underlying issue not getting fixed. I proceeded at this point to talk to the sales team to see about reversing the deal since I had been coming in 2-3 times each week with the used vehicle they sold me. Told me to come back when the Sales GM was there. Spent 5 hours going back and forth the next day trying to figure out a deal, to them treating the reverse deal as a trade-in refusing to give me my money back. They were too worried about making money on me again rather than making things right with me. At this point I saw the vehicle practically being a lemon and that day I was there I either had to walk away with the faulty vehicle, walk away without any car and losing $2000 or take their deal and lose $2000. After walking away with their deal getting ready to cut my losses, after talking to the bank, an attorney and the dealership, not much was able to be done so I tried one last time to get the dealership to make things right. In that conversation, their Sale General Manager Paul, made sure to tell me that not every customer is going to be made happy. Sure my situation was unique, but I still feel wronged with how things happened losing about $2000 on the situation and being told I wasn’t guaranteed to leave happy. I will not be returning to this dealership and would not recommend others to do so. Salesman was great, overall service department was great but the mentality of making a deal right is not in the General Sales Manager Paul’s eyes.

This dealership has everything! Quality, honesty and integrity was what I was hoping for and what I received exceeded my expectations.They aren’t your typical wheel and deal company. They work as a team to create a smooth process from start to finish. I was referred to them by a friend to have my Jeep looked at for repair. (Yes, I OWE HER BIG TIME) They sat down with me after inspecting my Jeep and explained what the problems were. They gave me options. They took the time to make sure I was understanding why those were my options. I never had a dealership do that for me before.My end result was again, not what I expected. It was more. I was able to upgrade my vehicle and keep my payment the same. Joe Parks and Travis Embery explained how they were able to do that with a couple of hiccups on my credit. They worked with me until the numbers made sense. Believe you me, I have and was taken advantage of by not knowing things prior to purchasing my Jeep in the past(just look at my review from a prior dealership). But not now. It was clear that these guys were honest and forthcoming. They gave me time to think about it, but I didn’t need to. We shook hands made the deal. I felt like a Queen. Everyone knew my name by the end and I drove of the lot in a sweet new ride that was just detailed while I was going over the paperwork.A+ class customer service from all involved: Joe, Travis, Michelle, DJ, Hope, Amy and even Larry the new guy.I would HIGHLY recommend giving them your business before anyone else. These people are thief! Don’t get scammed. I bought a car from them, what did was reset it to remove all codes. After buying it, it started to give me all these code errors and bunch of issues. Don’t get ripped off by them, go get your car from somewhere else.
They said they would call me next day with an estimate for collision damage. When I dropped off my vehicle on Monday 7/6/2020. I call Wednesday 7/8/2020 and they said they starts the repairs and will not turn the vehicle over to us unless we pay. I never agreed to getting it fixed I asked for an estimate. They said I signed off sayin that I would pay the cost of repairs when I dropped it off. READ THE FINE print and do not do business here unless insurance says it’s paid for 100% before you drop off to this place.
Steve was my sales consultant and I am SO lucky he helped my husband and I purchase our new Jeep! I’m in LOVE with my new ride and I feel confident about the deal as well. When I walk into an establishment I like to feel welcomed and valued regardless of the size of my wallet. After two weeks of no luck while car shopping, we definitely became pessimistic. They ripped me off for over 6000 miles on my lease and claim i wanted a lower mile option which was never discussed with me at anytime. Now they want to charge me thousands of dollars to change it. I reached out to the owner who didnt even have the decency or time to personally respond to my call he had a manager offer me help with a new lease in 3 years. Pretty sure i wont be returning to the dealership for the rest of my life, speaks volume to the character of these individuals. I basically have a car that i am paying faithfully every month and cant really drive. Real bad place!

Poor experience with this dealership.Asked for pics of a car and they sent me pics of a different car than I was inquiring about.Told me they sent wrong pics and they would send correct ones asap.A week later, I replied to their email and thanked them for getting back to me with correct pictures, which they never did and they told me that they had been posted on their site and the car had sold.Invited me to come back so they could earn my business, and I ask myself, what incentive do I have to do that.Not someplace I would want to do business.By the way, we bought an identical car to the one they had listed. At least by the description they had on their site. (Never saw a pic of their car)
Great experience. I can not say enough good things about this place. I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago and found out Wednesday that the insurance company of the responsible party was considering my car a total loss. I reached out and told them my situation and Briana and Erich worked their hardest to get me in a car that fit my needs and that I could afford. I was in a car a day after i contacted them i will definently recommend to all my friends and family. I do not have the best credit and they looked past that and got me the best deal they could and went above and beyond to help me out in a very stressful situation. This will be where I will go for all my car buying from now on

I went in the other day and spoke with Susan about a Jeep Wrangler. She was very informative about the vehicle and its qualities. As well as all of its feature. She wasnt too pushy about the sale. Instead showed me all of the other options. I ended up buying the original Jeep Wrangler she showed me and I could not be more satisfied with my visit!
Bad experience with service 3 years ago. Management reached out and said we are under new ownership give us another chance.3 years later. There is noise in my engine. They charge me $783 dollars for the repair and misdiagnosed me in the first place, less than a month later same noise is coming and they say they will charge me an additional $150 for diagnostics, as well as repair and if the diagnosis the first time was inaccurate. When i say its the same noise under same conditions. The dude starts yelling saying. We tell told you last time that all diagnostics are guess work and i wont be able to help you. Youll have to pay the fee. This was not told to me when I made the appointment. I specifically said everything go the service guy behind the counter. So now Im $783 short stuck with same problem to begin with. This is insane!Bad experience every single time! I will never purchase a car from there again in my life again!
They sold me a used 2002 Toyota Corolla from their bargain lot. I’ve had it for only two months and I’m going through an excessive amount of oil. Every 60-100 miles I have to fill it! At high speeds it’s even worse. In one 15 mile trip on the freeway I burn through enough oil that I have to fill it again! The worst part is that this is not something I could have found during my inspection. I feel like I was ripped off because this car is essentially useless and expensive and difficult to maintain. I’m not presuming that this was intentional or that they do this to other customers but facts are facts. They sold me a terrible vehicle. When I tried to reach out to them about it, it was almost impossible to get ahold of the right person as they kept giving me different names and when they would transfer me, it would go to voicemail. Finally, when I got ahold of the guy who sold it to me, he told me he would see what he could do and get back to me. I haven’t heard back yet and that was weeks ago. I see some favorable reviews for them, but my experience couldn’t be worse. Be very careful buying a vehicle from them.

I get 3x what Bemis was offering and a better, bigger, newer car for the same price.. bemis sucks..never ever again!
I cant begin to tell you how well Ive been treated at brian bemis in dekalb county. I did not even purchase my car there. Ive showed up at garage doors unannounced and at the body shop...sometimes calling ahead. Ive had pain free service,recieved friendly free shuttle service,educated friendly professional staff every communication with bemis. I worked 32yrs in customer service and really appreciate this company in my neighborhood. Thanks bemis!

I recently made the mistake of purchasing a brand new vehicle at another dealership in Beloit and immediately had a problem with the leather seats cracking and peeling in the front. Long story short and months of promises, non-returned phone calls etc, your dealership handled and stood behind my Chrysler and within 2 hours! Was driving by didnt want to stop had horrible experience at another dealer and ended up leaving after 3 hours. my son needed a car bad and johnny talked us into coming in and i wanted to run when i saw him. they took the time to find the car my son was looking for because they didnt have it on there lot. johnny Garner went on his day off to Lansing Ill and got this car so my son would have it . Not only did he do that when the car came in my son was back in college and Johnny drove it to him and suprised him . we need more people in this world like him.
The worse place to buy car or truckliars and in the end hide prices in the financing department the worsti have to wait 2 months in wi to get plate because they delay paper workwhen i ask to give me other permit they say they cantdmv in wisconsin they help me they tell me they don t want to give me permit but they canplease be very careful when signing documents in bemis
