Was like being in a run down junk store. Most everything was either broken or missing pieces.

The location in Gasden is good. This one isnt. Products are almost all badly broken, nearly destroyed product returns, but their prices for the junk are nearly full original retail price. Watch what you get and compare prices carefully. Even a small bottle of honey was $4.99ea. But the Ollies next door had the exact same bottles, even same brand, but theirs was only $2.97ea.Definitely not Dirt Cheap prices.

Dirty and cheap.. well..... some things are.. typical for dirt cheap stores..

Picked up a jacket on a $7 rack and the cashier said it was regularly $155 so they were trying to charge me $65 because it was a certain brand... Thats not dirt cheap to me... All of the registers were broken as well and there was one cashier... There was people walking out because of this..I wont EVER go back to this store... Was just trying to support the locals but that was totally ridiculous

I found hand sanitizer 4/1.00 16 oz bottles bought 52 bottles for 13.50 excellent deal will be a repeat shopper ... very happy

I couldnt wait to take a shower after visiting this store. Nothing that caught my eye appeared to be a good deal, either. Very disappointing.

I always find good deals, I’ve been helped with exchanges if I bring something back(rare). Staff is helpful.

This was my first time in and the entire staff went the extra mile for all of the customers in the store! The employees were super nice and super helpful.

Prices are still the same or higher than in our local stores, its suppose to be discounted, something that says 3.78 ends up scanning 12.00 but the cashier wont over ride it says she cant even though the sticker says 3.78 and it wont scan with the app

My first time to ever go to this store I loved it and definitely will go back. I didnt have enough time to see the whole store and I was there an hour so that should speak for itself

Its just a plain old mess, stuff is tossed around everywhere there are no real sections. It looks like there might be decent stuff in some of those boxes on the floor but you cant really see. Plus their prices are far from dirt cheap.

I love dirt cheap, you really cant beat a good deal, but the clothes organization here is so disorganized that I usually leave with a headache. Haha. Im sure it has a lot to do with careless people not hanging stuff back up and lack of space rather than lazy employees. They always seem to be busy working, and are typically friendly. Although my last trip here, an older white male employed here was less than friendly with several people, including myself. Are all dirt cheaps clothing like this stores?

Store is a total mess but name brands cute clothes for literally dirt cheap. Love it . Love it love it. I wish we had one. Loser to home need more franchises but probably would put others out of business.

I love all Dirt Cheaps!! Some more than others! I can usually find something I dont need!! Some take their name literally and are really dirty but others do try to keep them as clean and organized as possible.

Never know what you are going to find. And for a great price.

Absolutely filthy. At least have stuff picked up off the floors. Im sure there are really good bargains but digging through trash was not on my list.

Found some treasures. Ended up spending over $300.00. Two big items, Shark Vac was 180.00 got it for 90.00. Love it.💖 Also found a dehumidifier new in packing box, price reg 189.00, got it for 35.00. Since its been so hot this year I thought it might help around the house and maybe it would feel less hot.Since I put up this review, I have a complaint. I understand the policy about no returns, but when I bought the Shark vaccum for 90 dollars I expected it to work more than 2 weeks. Well it didnt! !! Very disappointed. 😱😨 For no reason at all it just would no make a sound. I checked everything on it I knew to check, but it just would not come on. Now Ive invested 90 dollars in something I cant use. On a high ticket item I would expect some exceptions to the rule of no returns. Very disappointed!!#!#!!

I love the discounts on merchandise! The one thing that Dirt Cheap needs is better merchandise placement. It is hard to know how much something will cost until you get to the check out, however the cashiers are very polite in giving you a price check before putting it on your ticket.

Finding deals cheaper than anywhere else. I went everywhere yo find items I wanted and found them at Dirt Cheap at 90%, 80% off. Roll away bed was just $20. Lamps $1.80, and $2.40. Carpet regular $99 for $5. And my granddaughter clothes were vheap priced but name brand. We Loved it.

Great deals but you have to dig through stuff like digging for treasure.

I had to dig but found some really cute shirts and PJ sets. If you dont mind digging you can get a great deal BUT, thats a big but, if you like to shop at regular dept stores this isnt the place for you.

Unfortunately everything was extremely unorganized. The shopping experience was a little overwhelming considering all the merchandise was all over the place. It would be good to have the team members focus on the appearance of the store. It’s a lot of work but it would show care in your product and business.

Nothing fancy here but there are great discounts especially on toys. Selection is fairly random.

Very dirty and smelled bad. Most shelves was empty. The inventory on the shelf was a mess. No price tags and nobody to ask for help. Put my item back and left. Sylacauga store needs a manager and all new employees.

When I was there the place was a mess you couldnt really see anything because everything was just the road around I was very disappointed I had been told that it was a good place to shop but maybe they were just in between straightening there something I dont know but it was really not a good experience

Not impressed. Deals arent great. A lot of stuff from Dollar General that was cheaper when it was on sale at Dollar General. The store is dusty and extremely disorganized. The Dirt Cheap in Andalusia AL is wayyy better. Workers need to focus on working more than a cash register.

Oh my.. I imagine going to the local dump would have been a better shopping experience. Employees everywhere but doing nothing and not once even spoken to.. Rude. Used, torn up mechandise is what they sell... And it was not dirt cheap. Wasted my time and didnt want to purchase anything there and thats not like me.. I love to shop! Awful...

If you have time to sort through the mess or confusion you can occasionally find some good buys. No need to go in if your in a hurry.

They aint dirt cheap and very unorganized.

Its very messy and disorganized. Customers could have a little respect, or employees could work. Theres always 1 cashier, and theyre usually rude and not social. Codes half the time work with the app. Really only junk/damaged goods thrown in a pile. Occasional thrifty buys.

Cant know the price on anything, disorganized. Letters on articles that arent posted. I dont think I can shop there.
