Not helpful at all, needed some quick info on my bill and waited about 30 minutes then left. There was two customers besides us in the store that was being helped and two available not busy employees that were standing up front with nothing to do… one lady checked inventory for a new customer coming in, and also started to help someone else just walking in with a issue they were having but I was stuck waiting just ti get some information on my bill that would have been a whole 15 minutes of there time but it was a 2 hour wait which I was confused on how when the store was empty when I got there. Terrible customer service. And big waste of time. They could have helped me out when there was nothing to do or no one to help in the store but chose to make me wait.
They have a kiosk in store where you can pay your FIOS or Wireless bill. This machine accepts cash or card.
World of difference from my experience in Auburn. No lines, super polite, quick response. I was in and out of there in maybe 15 minutes. The mall is kinda quiet during the middle of the week so this is the place to go.
Was at the Malls Verizon store yesterday. No other customer was in the store so I asked the ONLY employee who was standing by the door to look up my account and talk about an upgrade. He told me he was only being paid to watch the door. If I wanted to speak with someone I could call Verizon.???????

My dad dropped his iPhone in water and never backed up his photos. Chantel greeted with a smile. She was cheerful, patient and extremely helpful! The battery wasn’t able to hold a charge very long but she was able to transfer all his pictures to his new phone! I had popped in briefly over that week with various questions and every quick encounter was pleasant.
Got my issues handles in a timely manner. I did go during an off time on a Friday morning. But there was plenty of staff and people willing to help me
Waited 50 minutes in the store to be told I had to call an automated number. Really enjoyed waiting that time for nothing. Instead of the henchmen just checking people in they should at least have basic information to avoid this.
What an awful Experience. I came in because my phone was not working. i did not plan on buying one but after a few minutes in the store it was apparent i was going to have to buy one. Not a huge deal as the phone is pretty old. I was being helped by a younger kid, who acted like a child that decided to call me out in front of a group of a customers because I was concerned about how much a phone payment would up my bill. Which I though was a reasonable concern. I asked him to show me different options in phones. He proceeds to show me a middle of the road phone, I said I need something a little more durable and faster due to my use and he decides to say in front of another group of customers “You’re the one complaining about the cost, I don’t know what you want. I am not really sure what I did to deserve that kind of treatment. I have been a Verizon customer for quite some time. He was a very disrespectful kid who needs to learn to be a grown up. I should have read the reviews prior to coming here. Clearly this is the kind of Customer service they provide.
I had the most pleasant experience ever at a cellphone store. They were very quick to attend to you. The workers are some of the most helpful I have ever encountered. The phone I bought had a small scratch on the back that many would disregard, but when I asked they said they could replace it with a new one for no charge. Absolutely amazing service! I would definitely recommend going to this store over any third party Verizon store.
It was 3pm on a Thursday & I walked into the Destiny Verizon & found 5 employees standing together in a group. There wasnt even a customer in the store however, not even one of those employees approached or greeted me! When I approached them... they actually acted like I was interrupting them. The arrogance in that store was really disturbing & unsettling. They acted like they were doing me a favor when they finally did address me. I oversee a department of employees as a professional and if these people were representing my company I would be embarrassed by their attitudes! I took my phone and went to the Camillus location, which is a franchise. If I could give the Destiny Corporate store a zero star or even a negative star review, I would!!! Camillus employees were helpful and kind. Verizon Destiny employees should take note!!
Super upset i was told to wait for cyber Monday by an associate on black Friday for a deal on Note20 but the deal was already running and now i missed out!
My wife and I went to the store with our four boys and Chantel & Caitlin were very friendly and professional and had patience with our boys and helped out and answered every question that we had. Excellent customer service. Thanks.
Absolutely horrible customer service! The representative only cared about up-selling and messing over customers. She added a $40 a month insurance we did not ask for, did not say anything about activation fees and continually messages one of our lines for us to come checkout their new items and it’s just getting ridiculous! Better off just going to Best Buy or ordering on line/phone...
Ive been a Verizon customer for over 6 months now, but I fail to understand why we get such bad customer service here in the store at @Destiny_USA. The worst part is, we sign in on their so called sign in sheet and they randomly take us off the list. We keep getting added back on to the list, but it took us an hour and a half for someone to tell us that they dont have any phones in stock.ABSOLUTELY NO value for a customers time!This needs to change!A physical sign up sheet would work better.
With all the negative reviews, I have to say - I went here because the Verizon support line I called said my order was ready to pick up when it wasnt, and instead of having to go back home and wait for it to be ready, the manager dropped what he was doing and got my new phone ready in about five minutes. Much better service than I generally expect from places like this.

These folks will say anything to make a sale.After the sale, they will promptly deny everything they said to get you to make the purchase.Of course, they conveniently dont give in-store receipts or documentations. So the customers are left with no proof of all the garbage they were told in the sales pitch.Essentially, they have no integrity.Avoid them more than the plague.
If I could score lower I would.Worker just did not want to help the customer. Would not set my phone up for me and said it was a waste of their time and mine. Well when I walk out the costumer wants a phone that works. Went to the Verizon in North Syracuse who set it up, sold me a bundle and insurance and has a happy customer with a new set up phone. Thanks for nothing Verizon in Carousel Mall.

Good location and with the foot traffic you would expect a a long wait but not at all... however the several time Ive been a few sales reps appear to be a little pushy or dismissive if youre not buying anything.
Traveling to another store and Jordan the CSR at the Destiny Mall location helped my without hesitation and did a great job from start to finish.

Omar was extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. Any Verizon loyalty I have can be attributed to him. Also, the store is new and large, and in both visits I had no wait. This is a marked contrast to other Verizon stores in the area, in both wait and service.

So people PLEASE don’t put up negativity stuff about a store, unless it’s really TRUE, but even then WE ALL HAVE OUR MOMENTS IN LIFE!!! I encouraged u to go into ur local store VERIZION and see for URSELF on how u will be treated...One of the sales men came right to me, as soon as I went in and asked me IF I WANTED TO SIGN IN to be seen, just in case it get busy my name is on the list to be seen..That was VERY nice of him to do that, so I wouldn’t have to wait to be seen, if it got crowded. Walking in 2 reps were with customers and as I stood and waited for 10 minutes I wasnt greeted or even said hi to. Finally after starting at the representative for a few minutes he asked me if I was signed in and told him no, no one even said hi to me. Its be nice to at least be acknowledged when walking into the store. As far as the rest of customer service... seems as if they were not very interested in helping but just had to cuz its there job. Many store seem to be understaffed.. does anybody else think so or have had these issues?
My experience at the Verizon store has been absolutly horrible. I arrived in the store and told a 10 minute wait. It has been 50 minutes now with no support. The time taken on each customer is absolutly ridiculous because it doesn’t allow other customers to get serviced. I hope someone takes this into consideration and tries to make this process more efficient. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE!

This store only cares about upselling! Sold me a feature I didnt ask for. I checked my bill and saw a charge for Total Mobile Protection. If I could do it again, I would never buy from here again. Stay Away!
They had the phone I needed in stock. However, the sales woman lied to me about the Life Proof Fre case saying it wasnt guaranteed if I purchased it from Best Buy. I saved $42.000 going to Best buy for a case.Also, when I declined the insurance she said I will make a note in your file that we had this conversation. Its Orwellian IMO.
Worse customer service ever. I didnt smile at the incompetent LIza or Leza after waiting needlessly for 15 minutes for a simple exchange and she felt it necessary to ask if i was having a bad day. When I said who asks someone that, she continued to try to stoke the fire. She gets an F in customer service. They need a new system. When I got there there were 3 other people waiting to be helped. The person who checks people in was standing there doing absolutely nothing, as everyone waited for the one person actually working. Two customers walked in after me and ended up leaving. So much for not letting a customer go once the are in the door. One customer asked what kind of phone plan deals they have, and rather than just telling him, the person at the counter told him he needed to be checked in and wait in line. He left after five minutes of waiting while the person checking in did absolutely nothing during that time but stand there. Finally a few other people came from the back room to help the one person actually working. When Leza couldnt figure out how to do a simple exchange, a red watch for a blue watch, she asked the person at the counter who was doing nothing the entire time I was there for help. I am not sure why this system is employed. It comes off as we want to be elite like the other store thinks they are, so we are going to have to make you wait around before we sell you overpriced stuff made in China. I feel like the employees were in no hurry to do anything, and were of the opinion if we have to be here all day, you should too.

I visited because I had a problem with my phone. They had moved to a new location and it was Not Convenient to get to with my disability . The person working there was very arrogant and took my phone, sat with his feet up on the chair and deleted things from my phone without my permission. Bad experience.
Not accommodating at all. I had gone to the Clay store to get a new glass protector for my brand new s8. This one popped off the next day. I went to destinybecause clay was closed. They tried to tell me they couldnt do an exchange for the new Zagg ones they had just gotten that day. (So I would have spent $44 and another $50 for the new one.) I said no, thats not right. Then they said they could do it just this once and theyre not usually supposed to put these on...but it wasnt ringing up because it was the last one and wasnt inventoried. So...They sent me back to the Clay store ( not open until the next day) with the hope of maybe they will have more Zagg ones tomorrow. Maybe this store was just having a rough day, but I was not impressed. Id rather go for the friendly service out in Clay.
