Excellent service today in Dewitt FedEx Kinkos. As a realtor I was in need of the best printed flyers. The staff was friendly and provided the best service. When I left and realized I mad an error on my flyer. I called the store and Rory went above and beyond and provided the best fix for my problem. As a realtor in the Dewitt / East Syracuse area I love coming here. Always excellent service.

The Dewitt Fedex Office on Erie Blvd has been tremendously helpful for multiple print projects over the last 5 years. Most recently, Rory helped with a printing project that I thought would take an hour and took 10 minutes. Even got some tech help with the file.This branch is doing great work! I DEPEND on them!

I purchased 50 dollar 2day shipping on January 18th. It is now the 27th. It was time critical medicine by the way 🙃🙃🙃🙃. Still not delivered!! Money back guarantee on late packages is cancelled yet you still allow people to buy shipping options that you cant even deliver. Trash, the only reason i picked Fedex to begin with was the fact that USPS is closed on holidays.

My print order did not come out rhe way i had typedbit up. Fedex did not offer to make it good. I did nothing wrong. I typed up the print work the way i wanted and checked it before paying. A re work option bshould be available for small mistakes like misspelling or text size. Pleasing customer should be important.

Great service from design department. He was just one guy and he did everything for me and promised to deliver by 9pm. It was Done!!

They completely messed up my print job. I had to print 700 pages of a manuscript (hurts my eyes to read on a computer), with two pages side by side on each piece of paper so I could save paper and $$. The pages came out completely out of order, jumping from the first page to the last and back to the second, etc. If all I had to do was rearrange them Id be annoyed but fine, but since there are two pages on each page thats impossible; the same piece of paper has material from the preface and the afterword. If you want something done right I guess you have to do it yourself. Total waste of $50.

I was shipping a package to London, England and was unprepared for the extra paperwork involved. The store manager could not have been more polite and patient. She was taking care of two or three customers at a time and keeping everyone smiling while helping me fill out overseas customs forms. Great service.

Employee dont want to assist you when you need help concerning faxing material and when they assist you they have huge attitude..

IdI give no stars if I could! I asked if they could print merged letters and envelopes and was put on hold for 10 minutes and then a very rude woman picked up and said she didnt know what I was talking about and hung up. Should have called UPS...
