If you ever need a pick me up, go to Breakwater Marina on a sunny day. People are happy and friendly. The office manager, Becky, is wonderful. Shell go above and beyond for you every time. The facilities have been maintained well over the years and upgrades continue to happen. And the view is second to none, a picture perfect reminder of how beautiful our beloved pnw really is. Breakwater Marina really boils down to a bunch of good hard working people in a serene setting where anyone does and should feel at home.

We love breakwater marina. Great customer service, trustworthy and the best mechanics. They have had to fix issues from other boat yards. Highly recommend.

I started mooring here this year. I enjoy all of my neighbors. We share fishing spots, beers and stories. The facilities are always clean and fresh. Becky is an amazing person.

While they do great mechanical work, Kevin the Service Manager, is very unprofessional. Had work done on my boat, went to pick it up and found out the mechanics had broken 2 items. When I went to talk to Kevin about it, he got an attitude and started to give out excuses. He finally came aboard and looked at the damages and said if it happened while we had it, we will fix it. Kevin said let me make some calls to order them and I will call you. It has now been 4 weeks with several calls and text messages to him and I still have not heard a reply from him. Very unprofessional, does not inform customer if they go over the estimate, does not respect customer property, someone even used the head and didn’t’t flush! I will not take my boat there again and I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

My wife and I are new boaters and have moored here for 3 months now. Everyone that works there that we come in contact with has been amazing! Everyone seems more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Their knowledge base has been extremely helpful for us. Additionally, all of the tenants we meet are very friendly as well. It is a great community, and you cannot beat the location!

Service center staff are very helpful. Attentive listeners and marine service knowledgeable.

Great ramps and docks. Plenty of parking and a washout station. Bring your own hose.

Good security at this marina, a great location, fuel is available. Close to Point Defiance Park, close to several nice restaurants. It allows live aboards.

Its convenient to many outdoor activities like Point Defiance park, the zoo and aquarium, and a high end restaurant called Anthonys. The walkway between the restaurant and Owen Beach is an easy and scenic walk.

First of all, I dont write many reviews at all - good or bad. It must be a consequential experience for me to spend my time behind my desk, away from life and work. That being said:Mary Sundeen is, by far, the most knowledgeable, understand, caring, and most importantly-professional and helpful marine specialist I have come in contact so far. She went WAY out of her way to help me, even though I wasnt even a paying customer. She, and she alone, has voluntarily provided me the most critical, accurate information that I was looking for. I didnt have to spend a lot of time with her before she picked up what I needed, without even telling her. She didnt blast me with a bunch of crap sales jargon. She is an innately gifted professional in the marine industry. I will continue to recommenced her and keep in close contact with her for a very long time. Decent marina. Parking is a little scarce until all the construction is done.

These guys are Awesome, Kevin and team are the best.

By the time I heard the rumors it was too late because I already signed their contract. These people are crooked swindlers. If you find yourself having problems with them then have an attorney go over your paperwork. Do not trust them.
