I called in and they knew exactly what I needed. Had it the next day. I called three other Marine outfits before calling them and nobody else could help or had an idea of what I was talking about.

Whether i go in or call they always have great service. I recommend there service 100%.

BAD EXPERIENCE - Sad to write a poor review. As a business owner myself, I dont take this lightly. I will never do business with Aarons again.Took my boat in for a leaking seal. I asked them to go ahead and replace the water pump and do routine maintenance while they had it. They had my boat for 50 days. They kept promising they would have it done tomorrow, or in a few days. Promised repeatedly to give a call with an update on Friday, etc. and then didnt call. Integrity is important to me. Finally they told me they werent able to shift it out of neutral and had to send it to another shop to fix. This was not a problem when I brought it in. Today attempted to take my boat out. Nothing is working. Have spent half of my day testing, and just switched out the battery with a new one. None of the electronics are working, and the new water pump is only pumping a trickle. Its been given back to me in worse shape than when I took it in.
