Very friendly and good service. They have reasonable prices and offer financing. They even check to see if there is any promotions going on for you to try to give you the best deal on rims and tires. And they also provide repair services that most people would not know about thinking that this is just a tire shop

Update: the owner is an honest and good person. He agreed to refund money for an alignment that never got done. I really apreciate there honesty and integrity. Awesome people work here.

I had a screw in my back tire and I called to see if I could stop by after work, and was told yes they would gladly look at my tire. I arrived and was immediately greeted and a gentleman by the name Eric helped me. He pulled up my information and they got my car in quickly. I was there maybe 30 minutes. The level of customer service is top notch! Everyone was professional, attentive and treated me with kindness. Thank you to all the staff!!!

Awesome Service and friendly staff!! Came in with extremely bald tires needing a new set before I drove back to Spokane. Without an appointment I was able to get a new set of tires and an alignment in under an hour! I wanted a tire that was quieter and smoother than the current ones and the gentleman assured me they would be, and after a four and a half hour drive home I am extremely pleased with how they perform! They would have gotten a 0 star, but I gave them 1 star because customer service was great. Upon getting my wheels in for road balancing, they had put my wheels back on. The next day, Ive discovered that all the lug nuts were barely tighten, driver side rear was especially loose, to the point where the lug nuts were only held on by my hub caps. Whoever installed my wheels couldve seriously hurt my wife and I, if I didnt catch this in time.

Amazing service! Highly recommend! We needed all new tires and a spare for our older travel trailer. They educated us on how to make sure we would be safe on the road by maintaining the bearings since we had never serviced them and didnt know the history because we bout it used. Got us in the next morning right before a holiday weekend. We will definitely come back.

I went there to have my tires checked before my road trip and they noticed a big flap in my tread. Me being low income they worked with me on the price to get some awesome used tires on my car. They are amazing people over there. I highly recommend going there to get work done and tires changed.

Went in for a flat repair, they were quick, professional, and the shop is clean. Turned out the screw in my tire did not cause damage. They took their time, checked all the tires. I was in and out in no time on a busy Saturday. If you need tires I recommend T and T.

I had great service here and peace of mind now. I got my lug nuts changed and it was very reasonable. I totally appreciate them checking out another lug nut (I came in to replace one missing lug nut) and getting them switched out. I am super happy with the service here. Would not take my car anywhere else. We have used these guys for over 20 years and always have had the best service and best attitudes.

Told me they couldnt do anything to my truck, then charged me $56. Then my batteries were dead. I start this trick multiple times a week and havent had any issues with the batteries. Pretty dissatisfied with my experience here.

I can’t pull out of the parking lot without sharing my VERY positive experience at T&T Tire. I got a screw in my tire in a nearby big box hardware store. That store told me they couldn’t do anything for me. I came to T&T because it was nearby and had good reviews. From start to finish, they made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to solve the problem quickly, and with zero hassle. Well I was quoted a price and I went ahead and got the tires put on took him about an hour they did a great job the tires looked awesome and I got them for dollars less than they quoted how about that this is the first time Ive ever bought four brand new tires in my life and I get free flats for a fix for life I get balances rotations all that so I was real happy the guys up front treating me real good and the guy that put them on was an ace too he was a real respectable and proper so I have nothing bad to say about it I would recommend these guys to anybody

My husband and I have had T&T do all of our tire-related work for a bit over 2 years now (multiple sets of tires, multiple cars, including a fussy car that requires unconventional lifting techniques). We have always been super happy with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and customer loyalty. I got a flat last night and my husband took it to them to patch today, honestly just writing another review to emphasize that their quality of service has been consistently good over a decent period of time - not a fluke! T&T Tire was recommended by our mechanic. We needed tires and called to see if they could order some Michelin Pilot 4s. They checked their computer and found a set in their Portland warehouse. Cool, so we requested them and we were happy to wait for their arrival. I was assuming it would take a day or two. Well by that afternoon the tires arrived and we were not expecting that. I was able to drop off the car right away. Mounted balanced and on the car by dinner. Price quoted was the price paid and the service was excellent.

Simply the best. Nail in my tire, no appointment. Took me immediately and rotated my tires because it was close to time. Above and beyond, once again. Thanks to Ed and his crew.

Great shop with honest people. They listen to the customers and do things correctly, I trust them completely with all of my cars. Random side note, they have the nicest bathroom of any automotive shop I have ever seen, it seriously rivals that of 4 star restaurants. I know it sounds weird to talk about a tire shops bathroom, but it is legitimately that exceptional.

I had a great experience with Point S. After kicking around a few other tire places and looking at overpriced tires that I wasnt really impressed with I went to Point S and saw the tire that I was looking for. It was right at the end of their work day so I wasnt expecting to get new tire installed that night. Ed was the salesman that helped me out. He was way more helpful than any of the other sales people at the other tire stores; in fact his knowledge and helpfulness was far above any of the others. He found a slight upsize (which is what I wanted and had a hard time getting the other stores to figure it out). He pulled the tires with a quickness and had one installed on one of my wheels to test the wheel travel, then he had the rest mounted within 20 minutes as well as being willing to do the install right at the end of their work day. Lastly- not only did I get the best tires that I had seen that week, I also got them for $300.00 less than any of the others quotes. So now I am a sold return customer and will refer anyone I know their way. I couldnt be happier with the tires that they sold me after rolling on them for the last couple of weeks.

Went in for a rotate and balance. When they told me my car was ready in less than 25 minutes, I said So quick? They had put two techs on the job to get me on my way faster. Way to go!

Took my truck in to have 4 brand new tires installed that I had just purchased through Amazon. They charged me almost as much as I paid for 4 brand new tires just to mount and balance them. They didnt replace the valve stems. But you would think that they would if they are charging you almost $500. I drove my Tow Truck less than 4,000 miles the inner valve stem nut came off deflating the inner tire which took out the outer tire. Having both rear tires blow going down the freeway at 60 miles an hour is a scary experience I never want to go through again. They didnt care if they killed me or any other drivers out there. This is a place I will never consider ever taking any vehicle I own to or anyone that I care about vehicle to. I had to have one of their competitors bring 2 new tires and mount them on the side of the freeway with new valve stems. And they charged me less then I paid to have 4 tires that I supplied mounted. I recently went to T & T Tire to locate the source of an oil leak and to order some parts. I found the staff extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They found the cause of my oil leak quickly and were able to locate the parts I needed, as well! The prices were reasonable and certainly fair for the amount of work they performed on my behalf. I will happily refer T & T Tire to any and all people in need of tires or auto repairs, parts, advice, or inspections...theyre the best Ive ever worked with!

I installed a 3 inch lift on my truck and was having a difficult time finding a reputable tire shop willing to put tires larger than stock on the vehicle. I also installed an adjustable control arm to help get the alignment numbers into a good range and was having trouble finding a shop familiar with the adjustments. T&T was able to talk me through some fitment issues with the tire size, as well as some solutions to make it work. They also have an entire wall of adjustable control arms on display in the lobby. I’m very happy with the whole process. They were clear and transparent, willing to set the alignment numbers where I wanted them, and the prices were fair. I’m recommending this place to all my friends and family and I will definitely be coming back.

I took my truck to T & T Tire to have them install some new shocks, mount tires and install a small lift kit. These guys are top notch. I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty. The winter tires I purchased from a different vendor arrived within a day and on that day T & T called me and set up a mounting appointment. I arrived to find adequate parking and a courteous service desk. I jumped on the option to have my summer tires stored at their facility for a nominal fee. While waiting for my car, I listened to other customers talk about the great service they had experienced at T & T and this convinced me that a repeat visit to this store would be a wise decision. Negatively, I thought the time it took to mount the tires on existing wheels and then onto my car was excessive

Customer service was excellent! Just had shocks and struts installed at another shop, T&T ask me if they aligned them and I said no. Was told they should have been and completed it for free along with rotating tires bought from them. Their place is very clean and comfortable.

These guys were great, I had an emergency with a runflat tire that was punctured and they not only placed a comparable temporary tire until the replacement arrived but made sure I was getting the best price for it and were very prompt.
