My experience went very well. Although I could of went to a few shops, after calling a few I chose this one. Jessica handled the situation very well, and gave me advice to see if I really had a problem with my transmission. All give 4.5 right now and of course Ill finish when my car is complete. I know that my car will be amazing thank u for taking time with me Jessica ur amazing❤. So I just got my car it runs very nice. Still...kind and courteous. So my total review is 5 star. When my Jeep Patriot check engine light started flashing, I instantly took it back to the Jeep dealership where I had bought it from so that it could be looked at. They told me there was nothing wrong with it and they just reset it. After driving it a few miles down the road the light turned back on again. The Jeep dealership still said there was nothing wrong and it was just a loose gas cap. I decided to get a second opinion and take my car to Trudeau Automotive, who a friend recommended. I’m so glad I did!Come to find out it was really a problem with my transmission. Trudeau Automotive Auto Repair fixed the problem, and I haven’t had any issues since. I trust them and will not go anywhere else to have my vehicle worked on. PERIOD!

I usually don’t write reviews. However, in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience. I found the vehicle that I was looking for. Trudeau Automotive offered me a fair price for a used 2014 Ford F150 that I couldn’t turn down! They kept all their promises and delivered everything on time. I could not have asked for a better truck!

No pressure to buy anything, let us test drive without them (plus for me, I hate that) super cool down to earth guys with their beautiful dogs there to greet people. Felt like I was hanging out with my friends not salesman!!!

Dont even bother. I dont know about the cars they sell, but Brian Trudeaus mechanical knowledge is seriously lacking. Tried to tell me all engines have steel pistons bbecause aluminum would melt instantly. Ive been inside of enough engines in my life to know they are aluminum if they were steel it would have so much reciprocating mass that it would vibrate itself apart in a short while. There are many options out there that are both more affordable and reputable.

I have nothing but praise for Trudeau Automotive. This was the best shop I have ever been to. I was treated very well and was given way more information than any other shop ever gave me. Everbody went way out of their way to make me be completely informed and comfortable with the repairs that were needed. I liked that a lot.I give this shop my highest recommendation in all ways. Today is day 46 since my daughter and I purchased her car. Her temp plates expired yesterday. We have contact the dealership 3 times now with no answers. Twice we got the standard What vehicle did you buy? Your name? Phone number? Okay I will look into that an call you back. No call back. Yesterday we called and talked to the owner, Brian, who assured us that he would talk to Rich to find where the paperwork is and would get us plates that day...THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. We didnt even get a call with an update. Nothing. Called DOL again today and nothing is in their system from the dealership. This is ridiculous.Aside from the horrible communication, lack of plates, and still not having the car registered in our name; the car was sold with oily mess on back seat and a dollar store bag with bubbles in the trunk, and the gas tank on empty. The explanation when we opened the door to drive off and saw the mess on the seat was oh, I picked up take out and the box split and I didnt clean it. What? I understand that this is a small dealership, but a common courtesy would be to sell clean cars, especially when you make the mess in them! She started the process on a Friday and we came back on a Saturday to finish so there was plenty of time to clean it up.And in case you would like to respond I am sure you can find our contact information on our loan paperwork, unless it is lost....Kimberly & Kayla Stephens

Per dealer recommendations I was 7 years overdue for a timing belt/water pump and I knew I had a catalytic converter issue by the check engine code on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 and gas mileage. A friend, a retired machinist, recommended Brian. Im glad he did, the Taco is once again sipping fuel and running like a top.

Brian has been my mechanic for several years, and I can not recommend him highly enough. His integrity and quality of service are impeccable. I use him, I send both of my daughters there and my wife. I have also recommended him to several of my friends, who also are completely impressed with him as well. His salesmanship is also top notch, and he never pushes anyone into buying something they dont want or cant afford. I give him the highest recommendation possible, and now drive several hundred miles to continue doing business with him.

We were in town looking for a used car for our daughter and came to Trudeau based on these reviews-seemed too good to be true but it is true! Brian took great care of us--hes a straight talker, honest, funny, and you just have a warm feeling dealing with these guys. Incredible deal on a pretty old car that they had tuned up into great shape. I cannot recommend them highly enough; you will not feel pressured and you will leave feeling like they will take care of you down the road. I know my daughter is in good hands. Check them out. I will be back for my game of nine-ball although I dont have high hopes of winning!

Absolute worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. Took them 5 months to get me plates for a car I bought from them, so I had to keep paying for temporaries. Now, in 2019, Im getting GoodToGo toll bills for the truck I traded in to them in May of last year. So they never registered it in their name, and now I have to pay EVEN MORE for these guys lack of professionalism and competence. I am so sick of this gift that keeps on giving. I should have never gone to them in the first place.

I am a recent college grad and these guys were willing to help me get a car loan without a co-signer and a low monthly rate. Had a great experience here! I purchased a car from a dealer nearby, and it immediately started having issues. They sent me to Trudeaus to have it diagnosed. Brian took my car in and gave me very honest feedback. His honesty facilitated the dealership taking the car back and replacing it with another that runs well. If he hadnt told me about the real issues that I didnt know about, I could have been stuck paying for a very unreliable car. Alright, those who are thinking about going to this dealership, I would tell you dont go here. they sold me a bad truck that caused me 2 car accidents, and almost caused me a bad accident on the hwy. I bought a 07 ford 150 stx 4by4 from them which was a bad mistake for starters they lied to me and told me that there was no problems with it which later on I found out that there was a radiator leak, no heater, messed up tail gate and bed, small damages on the back, etc. I hope they go under. do yourself a favor dont buy a car here or just dont even go here!

They are a fraudulent dealership, sold me a car that was “immersed in water for a significant period of time” and had thousands of $$$ in repairs needed, I ended up selling it because they refused to acknowledge anything was wrong with the car — check their Better Business Buerau for an idea of how these guys do business. 0/10 would not recommend. Go anywhere but here, you’ve been warned.

James and brain are great guys they make you feel at home and makes sure you are happy with what you are looking for before they work any deals on financing you. I wasnt sure if i could get approved James said give 20 min and ill check on getting you approved next thing i know he said he has me approved.

Brought in my 2008 Honda Civic in cause I thought it needed new pads and rotors. Upon inspection, my rear caliper had seized up and that was the only issue. Brian had new parts there in 20 minutes and I was able to get some Korean BBQ next door. He was finished by the time I was done eating. Hopefully nothing fails soon but if it does, I would come back here.

They sold me a car that has a whole a lot of issues and possible accidents in the past. Of course none of this was mentioned to me when i bought the car and its costing me a ton of money to fix now. If you are going to the Ford dealer next to this store for a vehicle inspection, my suggestions are not to go there too.

In December I went to this dealier with the intention of buying a car that I had seen on their page. When I arrived at the place, that car had already been sold. Who took care of me was the owner of the dealer, I explained what I was looking for and he decided to show me a car that had not been sold yet. He told me all the money he had invested in the car fixing it and that it was his daily car, and that it was in good condition. He asked me to test the car on the road and check what he said on my own.At the time I was pleased with the car and decided to buy it. 2 weeks later the car started to give me problems, lost the coolant, and had to fill it constantly. I took the car back to the dealer, since the owner is a mechanic and asked him to verify the problem with the car. He took the time to verify and explained the problem, and told me that fixing it would be expensive, I asked him how much and he told me that about $ 5000. At the time I told him it was a lot of money and that I had to think about it, he told me that he had never sold me a car with problems, and he apologized. The reality is that the car began to give more problems, to the point that the axels ended up breaking in the middle of the 167th on my way to my home.I decided to take my car to a mechanic specialized in European cars, and they made a complete diagnosis of the car. and the car had more problems than the one that sold me the car mentioned. These are all the things that had to be fixed: valve covers, tensioner seals, and cam plugs leaking oil, replaced all that parts and cleaned up oil mess. replace front axle, tighten and secure loose fan bolt, tightened loose bolt and they notice that the Y intake boot tht goes to the throttle body was torn in the center. And the front, left and right upper control arms need to be replace in the future. All this job cost me $1700. if you compare with the only job the owner of trudeau wants to do, compare with all this, you know for fact that this guy does not know nothing. Take 2 months to process my plates and registration, and that was because I went 2 times to tell them and ask them for my plates. Does not make busisness with this people, bad experience, I learned my lesson.

Brian made time to find a problem that another shop mis-diagnosed . He also did a great job fixing my truck very last minute before a cross country move. Price was fair. Tons of stuff to keep you entertained while you wait too.

Amazing service, Figured out what was wrong with my 3000gt vr4 when 2 other performance shops couldnt. Brain definitely is not all talk, 30miles away but ill gladly take the drive down there anytime for him to work on my car.
