My contractor hired Erichsen to build two cabinets for a bathroom remodel. When they arrived the doors were badly bowed. I pointed this out but everyone insisted that it was just the hinges that needed adjusting. That was not the case, the doors got painted and the wood was still bowed and they continue to get worse. The contractor had unfortunately already been paid and disappeared, I tried for months to get someone from Erichsen to fix the doors. I got the brush off constantly, via phone, email, you name it. I was constantly told that someone would call me back or someone would come out to look at the doors. None of this ever materialized. The doors are still bowed, look terrible, and are barely functioning. I would not recommended this cabinet shop.

I see the review about customer service, and am compelled to comment. These guys were, as other posters said, Quality people, Quality craftsmen, and generous with their time and expertise. Their Expertise doesnt include computers and database management systems,, so things may get tangled up once in awhile. They have to juggle demands on their time, and will not compromise quality. Their work, the time they take with you, and with their product, makes such details trivial.

Adore these fellows. They treat customers better than family and have the skills to do pretty much anything that can be done with wood. Supremely helpful, professional and generous with their time. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get cabinets. I refer them again and again. Probably my favorite hire in all my years as a property manager. Highly recommend.

The cabinets were good quality that were supplied. The customer service was awful.!!! The rest of the order kept getting pushed back for one reason or another -- My understanding they got some big expensive jobs come in and therefore my order was put off for months. In the end we went elsewhere. Very disappointed. I’m giving them 3 stars just because of the quality of the work done. The situation took place 3 some years ago.

They made me a large cabinet and a 6 foot vanity for my bathroom that are spectacular.. everyone loves them..these guys are GREAT...I just re-ordered for the second bath...quality, craftmanship are the best and prices are reasonable

Butch helped me out with some special size boards I desperately needed and was super nice! What a great experience!
