I am the Maintenance Supervisor at Cedar Pointe apartments, in Arlington WA. Frontier did the door installs for this 250 unit complex. While you always hope for 100% perfection, that is nearly impossible to achieve. Joe Albert and the team at Frontier has always been available to make the little fixes that eventually achieves 100% perfection. I would highly recommend their services to a homeowner, or a developer looking for a quality company to do their doors, or their cabinets. Outstanding company.

The people are nice . but a complete lack of direction in production /assembly . I left because they implemented a cart system which shows a complete lack of experience in a production environment . they moved everything from one department and dumped it on to one person and not just that but, where we had used rollers and everything was waist level and above they made their own carts and now you will be lifting everything from the floor and having to completely turn around piece by piece . they hadnt even been ready to implement a cart system as they have rails that stick out of the floor that act as a stopper for the 1000 lb fully loaded carts which actually caused me to strain my back . in my opinion the ones saying the idea was a good one were the people to afraid to say anything or they were upper management . the ones pushing for the idea in any normal place would be gone . but this place relies on people who cant get jobs anywhere else . they dont require the people running machines to actually QC parts and then wonder why their numbers arent hitting their estimated projections . or maybe it is they dont have reasonable expectations . either way the carts made me laugh. Also dont expect to get paid based on experience this is one of those places that says you will have to prove yourself to take advantage of you so they can pay you low wages . the place also relies on nepotism .drug addicts and convicts . they talk a lot about benefits but have many people with no teeth At all .because they cant afford them .they also have leads and supervisors who walk with both arms behind their back all night long one hand cupping their arm . the body language of someone who does nothing at all .

This company clearly has lost its way in regards to people. The racial mistreatment to new employees that dont match is beyond evident. Its a poorly put together nightmare. I do not recommend for employment or anything else otherwise. The lies they tell to get people through the door are too good to be true, should have known better. Run from this company, and dont look back!

The Manager is clearly not qualified to do this job. Hes treating people on emotions,...if hes angry hell fire employees.Good advice,...dont work for them.

My girlfriend works at frontier and i barely see her. It makes for a very lonely life. She is super good at the job but has no confidence in the other workers to do the jpb as well as her.so she over works herself.This job cost me the relationship with domeone i love!

Nice people. Unskilled workers.
