Seriously my new favorite piece store! The selection and variety was astounding! And the prices were very reasonable! With a mix of art, functionality, and durability, it may be a while before I go back, but that is only because I got exactly what I wanted!

Selection has really gone down in the last year. And your gonna spend some money if your planing on get almost anything at a Mary Janes. But you do get what they say it is unlike most local smoke shops who ordered their stock from China and claim its some famous glass blower.

Lots of awesome pieces made of varieties of different glass, silicone, ceramics ect. Vapes and other awesome things including incense and candles and sturdy packs and bags. Definitely worth a stop in to check it out.

I went here to buy a magnetic adapter for my VapMod 2 and hated every minute in this store. The cashier was really snobby when i mentioned seeing another product online for cheaper. After I made my purchase I sat in my car and tested the magnetic ring to see if it worked for my pen. I took two hits off of my device and the cashier comes out complaining that the owner is on the phone talking about how im outside hot boxing my car. I of course didnt engage as much as i wanted to and left, but ill never shop here again.

Incense is priced very fairly as well as many of their smoking accessories. The glass itself is a bit expensive but for certain pieces I can understand the price tag.

The person that helped me was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They have very good quality glass products and other misc stuff but I will never shop at this store again thanks to the employee that worked that night. She ruined the whole experience and atmosphere thanks to her attitude..

Staff was amazing, welcoming, informative and very friendly, even though we were only there to browse.Pieces are beautiful, many different shapes sizes and price options.We were given a piece to drop or throw if we wanted, no chips or cracks occurred.They seem to truly stand by the quality of their glass.

Would have gave a 5 star review, however I picked out a pice that was labeled $35, but when the employee handed me my receipt it said it was $39 before tax and, $42.98 after tax! And when I realized what had happened, it was too late and the employee wouldnt do anything to resolve the issue, so in short double check the price before you pay!!

The kid in there wouldnt stop trying to oversell stuff Plus he tried to cash in an extra $10 on checkout with me and I had to say something and then he try to get just $5 and I had to say something again and then he got it right

Its a nice store if you know what you want going in, but if you need knowledge on any of the consumable products only a handful of employees spread out between the stores are knowledgeable. I went in (oct. 30th, friday) with 2 customers ahead of me and waited around half an hour while the clerk chatted them up, one of them was buying kratom, that the clerk claimed not to know much about it, but was telling the customer to mix it with alcohol, which is reckless and dangerous. When asked about the products the clerk would answer i dont know anything about it just that people keep buying it. nothing you can get here you cant get cheaper somewhere else or online.

Stopped into this store for the first time on July 29th looking for a bubbler.I was greeted by a real sweet and kind girl who helped me pick a bubbler. She was very helpful in answering my questions and had a really nice energy about her which I really appreciated.But what really left an impression on me was when I thought I left my cellphone in the store after leaving.Hailey the supervisor went above and beyond in helping me search for the phone. After searching the shop I realized I probably dropped my phone on the Bus.Without hesitation Hailey started informing me about how to contact Pierce Transit, she gave me their number and lost and found location and took my information just in case they found my phone in the store later.Well turns out I did leave my phone on the bus and thanks to Hailey I got it back safe and sound!!So thank you so much for all your help. I will definitely recommend anyone to shop here if not for the only reason that good people work here.

Picked up some really great hemp flower and CBD isolate from here. Their selection of glass is on point and the guy working the register was super chill and helpful.

Checked them out for the first time today. The woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She was able to explain each product in depth. She was even able to provide helpful ways to remember the differences between different varieties. I will definitely shop there again.

Stopped in today to see about getting something I could use to vaporize flower, and the customer service was amazing. Not only was the device I bought the same price as the online store, the person who assisted me (Dylan) was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. Dylan took their time to go over the device with me including warranty information, in store guarantee, and how to use it. Cant recommend Mary Janes highly enough!

I wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking for good quality locally blown glass pieces but if you are in need of reasonably priced kratom this is your place. They have a wide variety and a pretty good deal when you buy in quantity.

Every time I visit it is an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and very patient about showing you lots of pieces and educating you about the different types and how they work and the benefits so you can decide what piece is best for you. The glass art is gorgeous. I recommend you visit even if you dont smoke weed. Youll be glad you did.

They have so much beautiful glass artworks its almost like visiting a museum, only admission is free. The staff are awesome, friendly and happy to share anything in the place with you. Its such a nice experience that you want to hurry and visit here again soon.

I will probably never return to the Tacoma Mary Janes class shop. The rudeness my boyfriend and I received from Hailey was to much. She warned us about the 6ft rule which is fine but she told me we were only aloud 5 minutes in the store before we were told we had to leave. Remind you my boyfriend bought a $300 dab rig a week before and they never had the rules of only 5 minutes in the store. We told her we had went to the Auburn one earlier and they nice lady their gave us no limit on how long we could be in the store. She told me she would call that location and tell them their not doing their job right because “it’s the law for only 5 minutes” we’ll my boyfriend works at the dispo and knows the laws pretttty well and mentioned he’s never heard of people only being aloud 5 minutes in a store...I planned on buying a new $100 bong n as she went to hand it to me she snapped at me “ your not standing 6ft away “ REMIND you she walked around the cash register TO ME and said I needed to back up. At this point i realized how rude she was. I will be more then happy to buy glass at the Auburn or Renton one were I know I’ll always receive excellent service.

Great customer service. They strive for repeat business and treat customers well. Friendly and knowledgeable. Haley, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help resolve a minor issue I had once with a kratom purchase. Also like they are open pretty late compared to similar shops in the area.

This is a A1 ESTABLISHMENT the guy working at night was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products ge never tryed to up sale but instead explained why a higher priced item was so much and just made me feel like he really wanted me to get what i needed and not just spend every time on the most expensive utensil when i probably would never use it as intended.

They have great products and they are very informed.

This shop has really gone downhill. This used to be my go to spot for glass but there isn’t one knowledgeable person left there or real glass art to justify the prices. The employees sound like drones calling china glass American blown glass in their less expensive sections. This business is more like a gas station now. Poor selection, poor service and poor knowledge. Go to the hippie house or piece of mind to avoid the disappointment.

Over priced but nice glass stuff-although I didnt see any cheap looking glass like youd find in a smoke shop. Employees were nice, even gave me a reusable bag with my wifes candle purchase. I guess they sell different kind of herbs (not marijuana). So if your not on a budget give this place a try, but you can probably do better online store sad to say.

It was a very nice place, customer service was appreciated, but I thought it was overpriced on how a 2 perk bong was 200$ and I found a place with a better 2 perk for half the price. I will not be returning.In my personal opinion I think they use the fact on how they have had celebrities visit their store as an advantage.

Absolute horrible customer service. NEVER SHOP HERE. This is the fourth and final time I will ever step foot in this wretched shop. Besides being ridiculously over priced for sub par merchandise, their staff will sell you complete and total LIES. Needed to replace a specific pen, showed a photo of what I needed and for what I needed it for. She shows me a different model than I asked about and told me it was compatible with what I needed. Purchased device. Never once was I told that all sales were final. And that the lies I was told in order to sell something wouldn’t be corrected. Got home, found out that the device doesn’t work for my cartridges. Go to dispensary to be properly showed what I was bought since the clerk at Mary Janes didn’t bother to show me, to be educated on what I was now in possession of. Basically showed me that she purposely lied. (I was repeatedly told that it will work with every pen type. Heads up, It doesn’t.) I return to Mary Janes to be met with the upmost complacency. About how they won’t return it, then after speaker to a “manager” that I could get a in store credit for some more of their garbage products. How absolutely disrespectful of someone’s time and money do you have to be to not return something within a 45 minute period. I do know this: I will tell everyone I know how this store STEALS people’s money. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

The seller continues to us the wrong product that we asked, that the product is not from the category that we need, when we returned to it literally 30 minutes later to exchange it for what we were looking for, he said that the product cannot be returned

Listed as a “vape shop” and was open later than everyone else. They carry lots of merchandise and we ended up getting some incense. They didn’t have any coils, juice, etc. for “tobacco” mods. The girl working was very nice but, so chatty that we waited to be told they didn’t carry what we were looking for.

Theyre way too expensive for the same merch you can get in damn near every head shop in the city. The staff can be cool depending on who it is. I give it low ratings because of the prices alone.

Depending on whos working here you can have a great customer experience with knowlegable staff. This place mind you is not a novice joint for cheap stuff. They specialize in high end intricate pieces, and full blown glassware thats out of this world. However so is the price. I might not be able to aford the show but I still find little things to grab.

I bought a CBD tincture to after someone talked me into it for my pain. It did nothing for it, in fact I had to go to the doctor for the major upset it caused my stomach. I tried to call and at least get a credit to return what I mad left and they wont do anything. What a waste of money and my time. Im starting to think they bottled canola oil and sold it. : / To think I use to nothing but have about this place.. no thanks.

The young man who works there is very rude and made be feel unwelcomed in your store which I shop at almost every day its just so disappointing I had anxiety going approaching the store today not knowing if he was there or not I didnt want to feel uncomfortable again.

Under 300 selection is very scarce, mostly designer pieces, the ladies in there are very kind and helpful but the male staff seem kind of snarky. Not as good as my regular glass shop but i do not mind buying a piece from here when i have the money
