Bought new fragrance. Love it!And got some air fresheners for the car. Cant ever go wrong with when I shop here!

There is no competition bath and body works candles and smell goods. My favorite product they sell is the sleep pillow sprays, stress relief body wash section, and eucalyptus smells. I work a high stress job and these smells really make a big difference for my day.

The staff are awesome and very friendly. Upon coming into the store there was a staff member showing off the new smell. This is the place to go for an assortment of pleasant smells from candles to body wash theyve got. The store was clean and organized for easy navigation.

They had good sales today. So I bought some candles, pump foam soaps, lotion, and spray. The store always smells so good. The customer service was great. They were all friendly. Checkout was fast.

I love the products! Some I dont like but its okay because there is always going to be scents we dont like. Im excited for the sale coming up.

I have been to almost every Bath & Body Works in the greater Seattle area, and the employees at the Tacoma Mall location have taken the best care of me. A young girl with braids at the cash register helped to neatly and carefully bag all my items so that they would be secure and easy for me to transport out of the store. Lets just say I bought a LOT. LOL!!! I appreciated how sincere and helpful she was, along with another lady working the floor who helped me. I dont care for the Tacoma Mall, but its definitely worth coming to the Bath & Body Works for their great service!

I love this store! I usually buy their shower gels and lotions, and for the husband too. Their aromatherapy selection is great. Everything is awesome. I do wish theyll bring back some of the scents like amber blush, gingerbread latte and jasmine vanilla. Theyre sweet smelling scents and their my favorites.

Friendly staff. Large selection as always. I wish they had more in store option wise vs only online though. Its still pretty limited on options.

This is an average Bath and Body Works. Im not sure if my experience was dampened because of the upcoming holiday season, but the salespeople here were very pushy and I felt like they were watching me the whole time I shopped. Other than that, it was a clean, normal sized shop with lots of sales.

Sales clerks are nice and friendly. The hand soaps that are on sale sadly seem to be lacking in variety for the cream based formula. However if you prefer the foaming soap you are in luck as there are choices galore with a plethora of new scents to tantalize your senses. The clearance bins are overflowing so check that out!. And of course as always the tried and try favs are there and right now buy3 get 2 free. Gotta love a bargain...

I dont usually purchase from Bath and Body but the sales associate was so helpful helping me find scents that I liked and I ended up purchasing many wonderful candles and soaps. I especially appreciate how they bundled all of my items into a handy paper crate so my glass items wouldnt clink together and chip. I need to visit this spot more often.

I wish I could give a zero star, I accumulated points to get a reward then they say I cant redeem my reward there says only in a few states this is not right I need to really talk to someone this matter, Im really mad.

Located near the Cheesecake Factory so park by that if you only intend to go here. The staff at this location was wonderful and incredibly helpful. The store was well stocked and very tidy, despite my visit occurring during their semi annual sale. Very happy with my entire experience at this store. I will defintely be back.

There is one member of the staff that is awesome at her job. Her name is Kayla she knows exactly what she Id doing and she knows what you want before you know it. I went in and started to say one of their products but I couldnt thing of it and she knew exactly what I was talking about and I only made like the sound of the first letter.

Fare prices. I wish they had more popular scents in stock. Staff is nice and friendly.

The sale they had was very nice. The employees are very nice and helpful. Speed of check out was quick and smooth.

In comparison to my experience with LUSH, there is, none. Lush, is far superior.Bath & Body works has a lot of fluff & flash, but most all their products Ive found contain alcohol, not enough essential oils to reap the benefits and the fragrance quickly wears off. Which means you need to apply more, running out of the product faster and then buying more. I bought a car vent air freshener in July, it was cute, with 2 pods, I thought they were a little over priced. They both only last about 2 weeks. When I was told they would last 30 days. Just to re-cap: So, really not worth your time and money.

The tacoma mall bath and body works treats you like a thief when you have a return. With a valid receipt. I work at another bath and body works and a friend went with me to do a return and we were treated like thieves because she had a return. Because we were treated so badly we went to the other bath and body works to make our purchases.
