I wish I went to a different dealership to get a used car. I was sold a car that had an aftermarket part of the engine, and oil was burning on the engine, quite badly. My check engine light came on the day after purchasing the car.It was a hassle to get them to address the issue, but they did eventually send me to an auto shop they associate with. They partially fixed the problem at a reduced price and I was sent on my way.The next day the engine light was on again. Called the shop to get it looked at, and I was told they would call me back with an appointment. Waited a couple days, didnt get a phone call. Called them back, and I was told they overbooked, and I was 20th in line for an appointment and they would call me when they had an opening. They said it was probably just an exhaust problem and not to worry. That was almost two months ago, still no appointment.When I purchased the car, I asked for my plates to be mailed to me, because it was a long drive to just pick up plates, and they agreed. (Every time I took my car to their shop, it was nearly a two hour drive) A week before my temporary registration expired, I still hadnt received any plates. I called, they said there was a discrepancy on my paperwork, they wrote down how many miles the car had wrong, and the DOL wouldnt send them the plates. I only learned this because I called. They said I had to come in and sign a couple more papers to get the plates. They said I couldnt email or fax anything in. I had to drive almost two hours just to sign a piece of paper. I eventually was mailed my plates. To this day, my check engine light is on, and I do not trust their shop to properly address the issue. I will be going to a more local shop I actually trust.I would not recommend anyone use this dealership to purchase a used car. Beyond actually buying the car, no interaction Ive had with them was straightforward, and honestly felt quite sketchy. Their auto shop as well. They might be more accommodating if you were to buy a more expensive car from them, but in my situation they have been almost nothing but untrustworthy, passive, difficult, inattentive and frustrating.
