I have a hard time seeing a conceptual design, so was really struggling to bring together all the elements of our bathroom design. In came Rachel to save the day! Her guidance was spot on. I mean, where do I start? On top of a pandemic we’re also going through a hellish time with a remodel company that has left us not trusting anyone & near tears. But Carlie restored some of that with her patience, expertise and just overall solid service. She knows what she’s doing so I never had to question anything she did-such a relief.We purchased several Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds (LOVE them!), an area rug & complicated stair runners but dealing with them was so great that I would be willing to buy any of the products they provide. I also want to compliment their install team!At a time when it seems like so many have left their integrity elsewhere Cartozian is solid as a rock. Did I pay more than I could have through a discount website etc? Sure but I have peace of mind & confidence in my choices because of Carlie.

I recently found Cartozian Flooring after moving into a new home and Im thrilled that I did! Prior to working with Cartozian (and in particular, Rachel), I had worked with other shops who had limited selections, limited price points, and didnt quite hit the quality mark I was looking for in a finished product. So, when it came time to personalize my new home I was looking for local business that offered style, unique choices, and worked within my budget. Rachel helped me find beautiful window blinds and a wonderful stair runner for our new home, and the quality is gorgeous. We are already scheduling new flooring projects for the first of the year and I wont go anywhere else! I plan to see Rachel again when its time for new kitchen counter tops. I wish I could give ten stars!!!

Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I was looking to “spiffup/update” some areas in my home. Rachel made the decision making easy. I purchased beautiful wood window shutters for 5 windows, the product is superior and beautiful! I had bathroom flooring and bathroom counter top replaced, again done on time and a great look and product. Then my favorite! My quartz kitchen counters! They are gorgeous!! Love them! The craftsmanship on all the projects -a 10 out of 10. The craftsman/installer for each job were friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. Their work was well done and they cleaned up after themselves! From beginning to end-Rachel made the projects happen!! Very satisfied customer. Will return!!

Now that I know I can get outstanding customer service from a locally owned small business at a great price I think its a no brainer, I will never shop anywhere else for my flooring.We were at the tail end of a long remodel and trying to price out about 700 sq ft of flooring on a tight budget. We tried big box stores and one not so great place but we kept getting a revolving door of different employees, unanswered questions, and just general frustration. Someone suggested Cartozian but I was worried they wouldnt have something at our price point. I was wrong. They had a great selection, gave me their undivided attention, came in under budget, and were able to measure the next day in 15 minutes flat. What I ended up with was a beautiful carpet over the Rolls Royce of carpet pads (so good) and professional installers who lined up my pattern with such precisicion that you can not detect a single seam. In fact, they measured and ordered so well that there were hardly any scraps so I know I didnt pay for a penny more than I needed. I received phone calls to prep the job, everything happened on schedule and follow up calls were immediate after install to make sure I was satisfied. It was such an easy, pleasant experience and I can honestly say Im a very happy customer.

Rachel is where it’s at! She worked with us on flooring and window coverings for our new home. Her expert guidance was invaluable, she helped us scale back our dream to fit our budget, and she was a great troubleshooter when we ran into some challenges along the way. Carlie was wonderful to work with. We replaced all but one room of carpet in our house and bought new Hunter Douglas blinds. She helped us each step of the way and was very responsive. It was a two day install, finished yesterday. Carlie called this morning to check in to make sure everything was satisfactory. A shout out to the installers, Dan and Allen. They did outstanding work. The quality of the carpet and pad is excellent. I highly recommend Cartozian to anyone who needs new floor coverings.

Honestly, we could not be happier! After having visited multiple stores and receiving matching quotes, we were feeling pretty disappointed in the service of other stores, their selections, and prices. I eventually reached out to my neighbors asking for recommendations, and luckily, we found Cartozian through these efforts. Finally I had found the experience I was hoping for - helpful, beautiful selections, reasonable prices, amazing customer service, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Wow. Complete 180 from the experience I was having with other stores. Carlie and her team, including the installer they work with, were top-notch from start to finish. They are warm, friendly, and involved in every way you could hope for. I had a very clear image in mind for what I was looking for, found it, then Carlie suggested another carpet as an option and that ended up being our choice, and best of all, it was way better than what I had chosen beforehand. Our selection and experience was everything I could hope for. Do yourself a favor and visit Carlie and the Cartozian team for any of your carpet needs! Attention to detail and timely updates to customers seem to be low priority. Initial order was placed shortly before COVID so the 3 month delay was acceptable. When our blinds for the sliding glass door arrived and were installed the blinds were a foot short and the valance was incomplete - this was end of May. We were told original order would be resubmitted. After waiting 3 weeks we had no updates from company insofar as to where we were in the process. After reaching out we were informed order would be shipping out within the following week - so 4 weeks after replacement order placed. It took 3 weeks from purported shipping date for order to be ready for install and when done - insufficient blinds had been delivered ....so now we wait for an indeterminate amount of time for a questionable product - probably be the wrong color this time...I will look elsewhere in the future.

We really loved and appreciated our experience with Cartozian !We had a really high stress situation: I was 35 weeks pregnant when our water heater broke, leaked and the fix was delayed by our home warranty workers which ended up causing floor damage.. not to mention my husband was out of the country which left me researching floors which I had never done and knew nothing about.I contacted a few contractors- including empire and a couple other locals- but I could tell as soon as I talked to Carlie that they would be the ones we would choose. She was friendly from the start which was a great first impression.She came same day for an estimate, took into account our tight timeline with baby coming any moment, and answered all my questions quickly and with understanding/helpful details.She helped me choose a floor that we love, talked trim options to help modernize our house, and our installers were really nice and did a great job. We changed near 1000 sq feet of our home- They worked 8-3 for 3 days and 2-3 hours a couple of other days bc we had one glitch with materials that was easily fixed. They moved big furniture for us and we were easily able to move small items into our garage- playing with our toddler in the opposite side of the house that they were working.For how stressful the situation started, we are so happy with our current floors and would work with them in a heartbeat again in the future. Thank you Carlie and Cartozian! A really great local business ( that also was about half what empire estimated for us to do the same job).

This was an almost painless process or replacing flooring and tile in our Condo. Rachel and Carlie and their staff were highly professional and did a wonderful job. The work was done in a timely fashion and they were very concerned that any problems were addressed and that we were satisfied. We were highly satisfied and would work with them again.

Carlie at Cartozian helped us develop a CAD blueprint for a finished basement project. She had great expertise and insight, and delivered a finished plan we were able to hand off to our general contractor to start implementation. She was professional, courteous, and thoughtful in her recommendations. Highly recommend.

Hot water tank blew out. Cartozian helped me deal with my insurance company and replace my carpeting with really nice hardwood flooring. Best thing was everything happened when they said it would: Quote, Install and completion. Highly recommend using them.

I was looking for a flooring company that did not carry the typical Home Depot/Lowes every day tile. Cartozian was refreshing and Carlies attention to detail/budget of what I wanted in a tile was superb. We collaborated and came up with the perfect tile. I will be using their services again in the near future with additional hard wood flooring.

We recently completed a remodel of numerous rooms in our house which included tile, carpet and area rugs. The owner of the business, Rachel, worked with us throughout the process. She made numerous trips to our house to provide us with her expert advice and and ordered any samples that we requested. She was very patient with us as it took a long time for us to make a decision on colors, style etc. You wont get that type of customer service from a big box store.An area rug was scheduled to be delivered on a Friday, one day before we were hosting a dinner party. The item was at a Kent delivery service and got delayed for delivery. Rachel made a special effort to get the area rug and personally delivered it the next day before the party. She has our business for any future projects.A+ rating for Cartozian Fine Flooring and Rugs and Rachel.
