I have had the most AWESOME experience with Jonathan today. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot some issues with my phone today which ended up not being related to Cricket.I am so appreciative to have received such great customer service. Hard to find these days
Jonathan anAlba had very good info and customet service. Im a customer from the 100th street Cricket company, there customer service is very POOR.So poor, I was thinking about going elsewhere.But, I will return to the 38th streetCricket
The worker said missing communication so he had me loose the deal that Cricket offer for switching carrier and get a free phone! Saying its too late he just put the code under my previous phone in his system! I told him before he even put his hands on the system so why would he play games on me and took my previous phone to activate it? If I knew you that youre slick like that I wouldnt come and arguing with you. And the owner or manager cant help or wont even talk on the phone...what a bad customer service 👎 Your business will NOT continue if you keeping it fraudulent like this.

The associate was very helpful
They sell you defective phones with no warranty. Their business model is such that the owner of the store is in a different state, so none of the employees in the store have any real power to solve issues (and no one in the community is really benefiting as I doubt they pay great wages). They advertise cheap phones and phone plans as a more stable alternative to pay as you go phone plans, but because the phones become unusable in a month or so, you end up spending way more. A parasitic business.ETA: The warranty conveniently doesnt cover the malfunctions that befall these phones.
Went in to replace a lost phone. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Great customer service. I regret not getting his name. But of the other stores ive used this is my favorite.

Guy told us the lg harmony was the best phone they had in lg and with in 4 months my phone is gliching and wont charge and im told i have to buy a hole new phone out right sale me a lemon of a phone you should replace it wont go back to this store and contemplating changing providers
The manager Dre is as he has always been fantastic, I had an issue and he spent 4 hours on with customer service in Arizona to resolve the problem, Dre is one of the best customer service oriented persons Ive ever dealt with and he fought tooth and nail for me, I would recommend him to anyone with an issue, he fights for his customers!!!! I only put this at 3 stars because the people in Arizona sucked!!! Thanks Dre.
