JC Penney’s definitely needs to improve the quality, quantity and Pricing of their Women’s Plus Dept. Your stores have mostly lots of pretty Junior size clothes but next to nothing in Plus size . There are a LOT of plus size women out here. Signs are also appreciated since you hide that department in the back of your stores. THINK like a plus size woman when ordering your clothes- large patterns and stripes don’t flatter our figures!!

My husband and I ordered a mattress over a month ago. We were told at the time we ordered it that it would take two weeks. Well we didnt hear anything, so we called the store to hear we wouldnt be getting it for another two weeks. Hoping to get our mattresses this week and then get told they have to cancel our order because they have ran our charge card 32 times and we have to wait 3 to 4 more business days to get the money back on our card and then reorder our mattresses. Never in my life did I think this would happen. Poor customer service is all I can say!

Actually fantastic. Havent been in a j.c.penny in years but came out ultra satisfied. The prices on st. Johns bay were fifty and sixty percent off....it was amazing. Staff was fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful and find eligible discounts and coupons.

Great jewelry sell Sunday today the last day on sale.

We got some BEAUTIFUL family photos taken here and they delivered them to our home in less than a week after our appointment. The photography staff knows their stuff

Went to get my hair layered to define my naturally curly hair came out with bangs that are not even, one side is longer than the other and totally uneven. Now I have to wait until my hair grows out to get it the way I want it. I thought going to a “salon” that they would know how to do layers but I was wrong. I wish that if the stylists don’t know how to do what the customer wants, then they should pass up the job or let the customer know. Wouldn’t even give 1 star for the person that did my hair!!! I’ve tried everything to style it but nothing works except to pull it back! Next time save your “new techniques” for someone else!!!

Online scheduling said an appointment available every 15 min, walk-in welcome. We got to salon and no appointment for more than three hours. The two employees clearly didnt want the work and was scheduling on next stylist schedule. They informed me that the online scheduling does not work and is not a true appointment. I felt frustrated and tired of poor service, employees who have jobs but dont deserve their spot. And then went to children department which is not for kids. I get why this business is failing. Out dated and rude!

We tried but its just. Not child friendly right now. Keep your kids out in the air anyway if ya can. Too many ppl are in the mall you cannot keep proper distance from other shoppers. And if you specifically have a child with a disability as I do. Just save your time. I dont wish to speak bad of a person but the staff was mostly friendly. Theres always the one that makes them look bad.

If I could give less than 1 star for this salon I would. I was there for 4 hours and 45 minutes. After almost 4 hours she still hadnt completed the foils in my hair. The bleach bled and left me with awful results. Also made me an hour late for work due to her poor time management. Sharletha destroyed my hair and all I got was that doesnt sound right Ill have to check into this The pictures Im including are the destruction and the repair. Feeling annoyed when picking up online order. The counter that the email notification directed me to was not where I needed to go (a waste of 15min for the clerk to tell me this). I needed to go up stairs then had to wait another 15min. Ordering is easy, but the store is under staffed. It would had been worth paying the $20 to ship to home.

Had a jcp cc, fell on 2020 hard times. I scheduled a payment to settle but two weeks later instead of processing the payment they charged off my account and sent it to collections. When I tried to call in to fix it they say it will take 30 days to even consider the dispute.

They have good deals sometimes, and a superior quality clothing youll never find in walmart

I absolutely Love JCPenney but this location at the Tacoma Mall has got to have THE WORST Curbside PickUp Ive ever felt with!! Its terrible, after speaking to an employee the wait time is at least 20 minutes every time I do CurbSide Pickup. I have never waited this long at any other place Ive done Curbside Pickup at, pretty sad you would think that Penneys would be more on top of it. Im here right now waiting which is what made me decide maybe I should leave a review this time because I have been waiting almost 25 minutes now after getting off the phone with the woman who answered my call and still no sign of anyone coming out!! Im the only curbside pickup out here and have been the only one! Just be ready to wait for awhile if youre doing Curbside Pickup!

Bought a bed was told it would be delivered in 6 weeks its been 8 weeks still no bed. Not only that but my address has changed since i placed the order i have called 4 seperate times and been hung up on twice. Was told the issue was fixed. Just got a call from the shipping company to confirm a delivery date and time to the wrong address. And had to go through them to fix it.Spent 4k on a bed set didnt get it on time and was hung up on not once but twice trying to change the delivery address. Theyre customer service is a joke

My daughter cut her finger on a toy box which had plastic part poking out in kids section. I went up to the photo studio right next to it to ask for sanitizing wipe and a band-aid. Gal working there in a very rude tone responds with - we dont have any! So I asked her to see if other departments have it to which she said I could check the nearest register because they were trying to retrieve their first aid kit.Gal at another register did have a first aid kit but it had no band-aids or sanitation wipes, however, she was nice enough to apologize for the inconvenience and retrieved a band-aid as well as sanitizer wipe for us.This was very frustrating and made me want to leave the store without purchasing anything.

Steven is amazing. Great customer service.He was able to make my appliance our purchase easy. He was very knowledgeable and had confidence in how he treated everyone. All-around a great experience. I even spoke to a cashier on the first floor when buying some other item and said what a great job he did. Seems Steven has a great connection with the employees.Thanks for the great experience.

There regulat prices are often stupid...the clearance buys often great deals... weird variety available at any given time makes rhe regular stock often times feel like close out items..

An overall nice experience, although when going to pay for purchase a bit confusing as one line was used even though a cashier was on either side at different registers.

The store itself was fine. The mall common area not so much. There was several dodgey people. One man yelling and screaming at people. It doesnt make you want to shop. The last time there was a topless teen with pasties on, again no one did anything.

Three levels of awesome finds but could have used some more signage and they need more bathrooms. The mens bathroom is completely on the other side of the store than the womens bathroom. Their elevators smelled like ZEP stainless steel spray so badly, it made my daughter vomit.

I got my glasses here. The girl was patient with me, even though I got there just before closing. Really appreciate her patience. My glasses? I love them!

Went there to look at options within the mens department, specifically business suits. They had lots of options available, though it was more of a challenge finding my size because so many of the jackets were on hangers that didnt match the actual size. There were lots of employees there, but they all didnt seem to have the same sense of urgency to help customers. Overall, it was good, they had lots to choose from, but could have been better in regards to organization and customer service. (I did buy three jackets, and two pairs of pants)

They have a clean store and the areas are marked clearly so it is fairly easy to find what youre looking for. The employees are nice and helpful. The dressing rooms look a little run down, but they are clean and dont stink.

Shoe department is clean and kept picked up. You may no longer buy your shoes there since they removed the register...lame. hence the 4 stars. Actually had someone ask if I was finding everything over in womens department. Second time in 30 years! Jewelry dept reps are very helpful!UPDATE: Last visit it looked as though they brought the register back to shoe department! Nice when only shoe shopping!

A couple of cashiers were rude and not very helpful. Not a place I will go to again.
