This place is great, the best sandwiches I have had. It is not in the most easy to find location but it is worth it and I highly recommend visiting. The owner of the store has always been there when I go in and he has given me several samples that definitely have influenced my decision. I loved the Garlic Chicken Sandwich.

Flavorful sandwiches from a guy who clearly loves to make them. I accidentally squished mine so its not perfect but this was and absolute UNIT of a sandwich.

A hidden gem in this office complex, so good! Very friendly workers (I think he was the owner or manager), they all seemed happy to work here. Nice, clean, cozy furniture. Awesome healthy choices, and 5 people were all extremely happy with their meals. I will be going out of my way to take people here. Its perfect for a lunch meet-up. And they deliver!

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem with delicious sandwiches. Its a little hard to find but worth the effort. If youre in the parking lot of the mall walk towards and then past the army recruiting office to a nondescript entrance. Go inside and walk downstairs. Undergrounds is at the base of the stairs. Kurt, the owner, is a gregarious and delightful guy who loves his sandwiches almost as much as he loves how much customers enjoy them. Hell happily offer you up tasty samples and talk your ear off about the virtues of each of his lovingly crafted sandwiches. We had the Italian and the BLT, both of which were phenomenal.

Incredibly kind staff and owner, very personable - not the typical small talk but an actual genuine conversation which I really enjoyed. I can tell that the owner really cares about each and every customer, even with it being my first time in. I had a sandwich - turkey bacon avocado - and a mocha, both very delicious. The sandwich is huge and I could only eat half of it, they really pack it full of good stuff! The coffee is tasty, they use a chocolate that is unlike any mocha I have tasted and its so good! I am surprised more people dont know about this place, its amazing!

My god... My GOD that food was nothing short of amazing. The flavor was on point, the staff was very friendly and overall the best experience ive ever had, and it was my first time too! Really great! i had an avocado allergy and accidentally ordered something with avocado and he noticed it and redid the whole wrap to have a different sauce and ingredients that went with that new sauce. very friendly, and the coffee is great! a bit hard to find but absolutely worth it.

I came in for the first time and fell in love with place and the owner and the person who made my day by making me a delicious cup of Americano. Sadly this is their last week in the state of Washington before they move their business to Texas! You guys will be missed!!

The owner brought our dental office some amazing sandwiches and none of us were disappointed! Not only is he amazing but his sandwiches were on point ! Lots of meat, soft bread and just the right amount of sauce ! Highly recommend!

Really amazing hidden treasure!! I have come here a lot and never once been disappointed. The staff is always sweet and helpful, and I love that the owner works right along side them. The food is fantastic, the coffee is always delicious, and the prices are better then most shops.

The coffee is legit and the sandwiches are hearty! The price is great and the customer service is wonderful. Breakfast served all day. I dropped my sandwich all over the floor once and they made me a new one FREE.

Tasty food and super friendly people! Not overpriced like many others. They have a wide variety of hot sandwiches that actually get a big guy like me FULL. Oh and the toothpick and mint is what made the 5 stars for me! Nice touch!!! Thank you and Ill be back for sure :)

The owner is passionate about delivering a good experience, though you may feel off-put by the casual attitude if youre used to Starbucks. Theyre happy to offer samples so you know what youre ordering.Its tucked away next to the mall and a little hard to find, so its pretty empty.Theres also a constant buzzing of fans and refrigeration units inside, which doesnt help the atmosphere. Otherwise, the place looks and feels like a bright little cafe.Im glad I found a better option than the mall Starbucks, and Ill definitely be coming back for more.

Ive eaten here twice now. They have byfar the best smoothies Ive ever tasted and their sandwiches put other cafe sandwiches to shame. The staff is friendly in the most genuine way. This cafe may well end up being my favorite place to eat.
