Don’t go here for gas. I had to because I was pressed for time and I needed $5 cash back to buy something on offerup. The gas prices were outrageous compared to other gas stations in Tacoma but I needed to buy something in order to get the $5 I needed. The machine kept declining me. I checked my bank account and I had over $200 in it there was no reason that it should have declined me. The lady said if I bought something else not just gas it should work. That doesn’t make sense to me but I tried anyway and it still declined me. I had to use the atm instead and pay a $3 fee for cash back and sure enough it worked fine in the atm.It wasted so much time I didn’t even end up getting gas.

Im a us service member I broke down at this store. Phone was dead I asked to plug in a phone outside so I could call for help I was told its Jacksons policy we cant help youIts not my fault to u guys keep starting warsApparently Jacksons policy is to not help customers and to blatantly disrespect the military. DISGUSTING BOYCOTT THIS PLACE

Been going to this store for years. Excellent manager and staff.

Last night (9/15/2013) I filled up my van with gas and it took 26.087 gallons. The problem is that my gas tank only holds 22 gallons and it wasnt even on empty. I have had this van for 20 years and the most I have ever put in it is 23 gallons in the 22 gallon tank. What a rip off. I figure that it was somewhere around a 6 gallon overcharge, so around $22 or $23 total.
