Tried to update the time on google, havent accepted my request for time change. I work here. Bathrooms are closed by corporate. Hours are 5am to 12am midnight.

Seven people online 25 minutes to get gas because they kept letting somebody keep trying to run their card that wouldnt work so you held up the line for 25 minutes worst customer service Ive ever experienced and will not be visiting this location again

The staff here is very overworked. Simply put, I have been a past employee here and its an incredibly challenging position to keep for any length of time. Be nice when you go in here, never know what to expect. Usually its pleasant though.Edit: 2/21/2018 4:05 p.m.Just visited and I believe Yvette was working, purchase Pabst Blue Ribbon for $11.99 and two king size Musketeers for $3.50, only received $1.25 change. Not a big deal but this happens over and over at this location. Just watch your change.

Standard self-service gas station with selection of basic groceries, beverages and snacks. Expensive self-serve car wash ($7 standard). Pump I used didnt give receipt, so had to go inside to get it & wash code. Stood at counter couple minutes before curtly acknowledged.

Bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!!!!!And, air cost $4!!! I hate when people take advantage of you!!!!Lady was rude as well.

Be careful at this Shell - I and other people I know have had problems with debit cards here (as in fraudulent activities). Gas prices are high. It does have a small car wash and decent selection of drinks, though.

I had a love/hate relationship with this place while they were remodeling the gas pumps, but now its all love. Heres why:1. Car wash. Havent used it. Definitely should. You can pay for it when you fill your tank, at the pump.2. Air machine. Yall, this beast takes VISA and MASTERCARD. No more digging through your sest cushions for 2 more quarters or asking the cashier to change 50 cents of sticky nickels and pennies for quarters.3. Still the air machine. At first I didnt read the directions on the machine. My mistake. I was pissed it didnt have a PSI gauge.. Guys, this thing BEEPS when each tire is full. You can set the beep to go off at whatever PSI your tires need.4. The staff!! I am a princess and NEED dairy creamer with my gas station coffee. Somehow, EVERY TIME I am here the creamer is empty and EVERY TIME one of the gals puts in a new one for me. (Ive watched her do it. Its rocket science, its ridiculously difficult to do alone, but she does and shes amazing).5. The selection. I buy produce for breakfast here too and the apples, bananas etc have always been on point. Sometimes better than what I got at the grocery store the day before. (Maybe that says more about my produce selection skills). Theres also every beverage ever (almost) and tons of junk food, also condoms which is important because some gas stations dont sell them! Anyway Ive noticed the prices on most things are pretty comparable to the grocery store which is also nice.To summarize: The parking lot is a little weird, yes, and its Shell so the gas is expensive. But I love this gas station for pretty much anything you may need!

Great spot for a gas station altho turning left into here when northbound can be a bit sketchy due to oddly drawn lane lines at an unusual intersect but boy is it a convenient place to fuel up as you can hit it on the way from the North End of town to the freeway.

Just off Division Ave in Tacoma, the place has an odd layout to the fueling islands and creates havoc in the early mornings trying to get in and out, the store is clean the staff pleasant, the shelves well stocked, the prices average.

They have a birthday cake icee type drink which I havent been brave enough to try but the fountain drinks are great.

Ive had two bad customer service experiences here... I wanted to give it another shot last night... First the register gal was outside smoking talking to someone as I started to head inside...No big deal, maybe its your break time...?Then, she took her sweet time to put out her cigarette then walk inside (still talking to someone). Come to find out the conversation is about how she wants to work at Starbucks ...Then something about the benefits are better...blah blah blah,...after 2-3 minutes of me standing there she STILL doesnt acknowledge me...I had to speak up to be acknowledged. After I ask what I needed I proceed to go back outside to my car.Then, she steps out to smoke the remainder of her cigarette and the store isnt being watched AT ALL. I really now hate this gas station. Prices arent good and your customer service doesnt make it worth it either. 2/28/2017 - 19:20 - I really wish I wouldve gotten the womans name...I shouldve said something right then, to her face so that she would not have treated anyone else the same way.
