This place has the cheapest gas I can find and that have orange and cream icee. Also they have a French toast bacon and egg sandwich that is amazing. Brisket breakfast burrito is great too. No wonder most truck drivers are fat!

The manager keeps tight reign over the homeless, and makes sure her place is safe and clean. People are treated nicely until there conduct is not proper. She really is a nice person and does her best to make the store run smoothly and keep it clean. Ive been back a cold times and thought a shout out for Ms.Shannon was in order. She does an awesome job of keeping the store and property in tip top shape, and shes very personable.

Ive been to a lot of pilots across our great nation, and this is by far my favorite one! The staff here are very welcoming and extremely friendly to everyone that walks in. Customer service is off the charts! Eric the manager and most of the employees know me by name too. Thanks guys for everything you do. Keep up the hard work.

THIS IS NOT A TRUCK STOP!!!!This is a just a store that sells diesel. There is no parking.

When paying in cash, always ask for a receipt! I went in one night and I gave 20 in cash to pump gas and I didnt ask for a receipt. I went to pump gas and it stopped at $18. I went in to get my change but the person in charge told me itll go back in my card. I told her I didnt use a damn card! And she went into the back room. Its pathetic that someone working there needed to steal $2 from me. Why dont you just ask for it?

Arrived here about 8pm on Saturday 8/15/20 with 4 commercial trucks to be weighed and the clerk on duty was very professional. With the high traffic at this place, she got us in and out quickly. When good work is performed it should be recognized. So big shout out from Texas to the young lady holding it down at this location. Wish I could remember her name. She had a brown bandana Mask on with long dark hair. You deserve a raise! Keep up the good work young lady.

Overrun with homeless people on the premises and across the street. They don’t sell beer or ice cream as a result. Lots of trash strewn about. Sad state of affairs for everyone involved.

Im disabled and require use of my power wheelchair! The aisles are wide enough to give me easy access to pretty much everything in the store! The height of the shelving is, as with all stores a bit challenging, the nice thing about the Fred Meyers on 72nd and Pacific is theyre well staffed someone is always more than willing to accommodate my limited reach, more often than not without my asking! Seems like the covid-19 he as brought out the better sides of human nature! That seems to apply to almost everywhere I go! Even Pierce Transit, with few exceptions, theyre really improved over the last 6 months! They deserve recognition for the amazing turnaround in customer service! Atta boy!

Literly the only pilot in America i have been told there is no 24 hour parking.....

The bathroom had people doing drugs in the bathroom! Attendant did not seem to be all that worried about it. We had planned to stop use restroom and buy snacks. We instead turned and left immediately.

OMG thats all I can say a lot of homeless people in the door way. Dirt is all over. I will not eat anything in this store I will be afraid to get sick. No showers no parking. Not a good pilot. Originally I dont like pilots but this one made me feel sick. I didnt go to their restroom. Im sure its plenty of dirt. Needs a better Manager definitely. Neglected completely.

Great location. Best gas prices. Friendly employees. They just took over another gas station and are still remodeling so no restrooms and a few other things yet (as of December 2018) but should be all soon according to employees.

I had stopped at home with a load out of Florida- in that process I left my wallet at home - had my wife overnight it to this location- phones a few times but no one had been able to locate it - communication with delivery service showed it was delivered - the staff here once I arrived assisted other customers as expected - but were still attentive to me - when they had a free moment - they found Cinnamon- she was impressive in digging around while no customers were disturbed - she was in a mission- do that I was greatful - I was worried because in addition to driving without a license- I needed it to enter the military base - she eventually found it and yes as delivered - thanks Cinnamon and Crew- what a great day and a good out come - me worry as well! Thanks 🙏 team!

The pilot is fine dont park on street behind the pilot the homeless people will try and break in to your truck I had to call the cops to get rid of a homeless man I asked him to leave me alone several times a said I was going to call the police and then had to because he was trying to get in my truck there are several homeless in the area asking for money best to fill and go as fast as you can from this location and Im not a small guy and he was going to leave Until the police made him ladys beware not the safest place to get gass or Diesel

Great place for fuel and a snack. They provide fuel islands for both cars and tractor trailer combinations with remote fuel for both tanks. Prices are on par with the area and if you have a Pilot or Flying J number you get discounts and points. The paper towels and windshield wiper fluid are always full and clean. The store has normal refreshments and and clean bathrooms. For trucks they have basic supplies like 15w-40 oil and replacement bulbs or diesel fuel additive. I use this place often. Staff is always great.

Very tight fuel islands for trucks. There can be considerable street traffic, pedestrian and otherwise. A very distressed area. Watch your wallet and lock your doors. Very small C store. Seemed to have hot dogs. The rest is out of the refer and you nuke it. I stopped for the only Cat scale I know of for miles.

It is a small truck stop just for a quick stop yes it gets pretty busy sometimes it has DEF on all pumps for semi trucks. It has brand new restrooms. Personal is friendly.

Show not show up on any platform as a travel center or a truck stop. Should show up as fuel and go. Ran out of hours getting here and only parking was on the streets. Talked with another driver from Canada who was afraid that he may be mugged in his sleep can not blame him, lot of shady looking people in area and cars driving by slow like the going to so drive bus.

I was falsely acuse of shoplifting just because my color of skin and the way that I was dressed,when they find that I did pay for the item, they this not accept their mistake they just opt to call the police and said that I was very violent, thats the kind of company PILOT IS . Im going to talk to my lawyer about this but for all of you that go goes to shop there be careful their are Veri bias and descriminatory.

They have the best prices for gas that I have found on my commute and nice people behind the counter.

This is a nice Pilot Express Truck Stop, but it dont have no Truck Parking, NONE! 🤔☝ It does have a Certified Cat Scale and our Fuel lanes for trucks so thats ok. 👍👍🤗👍👍 they actually have 2 showers inside to and a quiask as well as a Teansflo for our BOL to be scanned. Thats cool. 👍👍👍👍😉

This pilot once was a AM PM... this is NOT a truck stop for the record they have bathrooms during construction it was a portable trailer... however this is same fuel stop a DCS JB HUNT driver took out a fuel pump.. tons of homeless folks begging for smokes n money truck pumps run slow no def... this is NOT A TRUCK stop this is a fuel n go station

Pressed the button for unleaded and $30 later noticed pump was dispensing super unleaded instead for $0.65 more per gallon.

Cards never work here and guy checking garbage cans was also trying to break into cars in side lot...Maybe consider an Armed guard because of your location.

When I first went here they had a good price on gas now theyre about the same as the other high priced gas stations.
