The manager lost her phone and walked up to my car window accusing me if taking it even tho I had not even went in yey so now I will spend more money else where to avoid this place
Soledad was the cashier today, she is so friendly and says hello to everyone who comes in. Mary was the manager on duty today and makes sure the bathrooms are always clean, the store is well stocked and clean and well out Rogers her. I k ow th rest of your team here works hard also to keep this ga in such great order. I really appreciate all the hard work your employees do to make my experience here at Tohoma/ 76 a great one. Thank you.
If you don’t want to damage the paint on your car do NOT use that carp they call a car wash. Very rude unprofessional staff

Horrible service. First they kept canceling out my debit card on the gas pump then when i went to go inside i didnt have my mask so i covered my face with my hoodie. When i entered the store no one said anything to me untill i tried to pay for gas and the lady was extremely rude. Um no we cant help you.untill you have a mask yes thats why i have my hoodie covering my face. No sorry thats not a mask i cant have you in here. First off shouldnt store that require masks have masks handy to give out??? And second i wouldnt have had to even go inside if they didnt keep cancelling out my card. Seriously will never return.
Unfriendly (possibly racist) lady. Refused to allow my dad to pump gas or give his money back for no apparent reason. Her excuse? someone else must have used your gas, but that is on you, not us(in a really condensending tone). This statement was not true-my dads car had not moved. She, and her ignorant attitude, just wanted to hurt my dad out of his money for no gain of her own. Please better educate your staff. Other patrons would sue if they felt racially profiled like my dad did. (And if a staff tried to steal from a customer like the lady did).Luckily a nicer employee came to the rescue and allowed my dad to pump the amount he had payed for. The employee even said it was my dads right to call the cops, but being the nice guy my dad is, he said he forgives the mean lady. I just want to say thank you to that employee that helped my dad and shame on you lady that tried to hurt him!
Visited the Tahoma express 3 today, 1/31/2020 and received the worst service by Amanda. I preauth $40 on pump 3 and she put it on pump 4 and charged $27.05 to my debit. When I told them about the error they refuse to resolve the issue. I will never returnto this location and will be pursuing

Guadalupe was extremely rude, she put $ on the wrong pump and refused to help us, she called another lady, she was as as rude and helpless as Guadalupe. Very disappointed of such poor customer service.....!!!!
Clean, friendly and have public bathrooms which seem to be an issue for most stations in the area. Was happy to fill up our gas tank here.
This Tahoma shop is the friendliest I have been to ( granted its the only one Ive ever been to ). The staff members there are friendly.
I witnessed an employee of this company attack an innocent photographer that was standing on the public sidewalk. The employees of this company are violent and rude, do not give them your business.
