John installed my door and opener, explained how everything worked and cleaned everything up! He was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I had John come and give me a bid for a new garage door and he was on time, in fact we were able to meet earlier than expected. I wanted to get it completed ASAP, so John wrote up the bid, I accepted it and had it done today, within one week of the bid. I am extremely thankful that he actually took the time to change the light bulb in my opener, which had sheered off inside. I would highly recommend John for any job you might need. We had our garage door replaced today by In And Out. We are one satisfied customer. Not only was their bid the lowest but their service was top notch! John is an excellent communicator, prompt, courteous and professional. Our experience from the quote to install was so hassle free! There was a change to what we had ordered but John was upfront and honest about it. We ended up with a much superior product at a fraction of what we would have had to pay. Very pleased. Also the installer damaged our door opener during install - cover broke off. Without hesitation or question, John went ahead and replaced it with a brand new one. That is what you call service! We cant recommend John highly enough. Dont look any further!

Ive had John do work at my own house plus some additional work on a house that I flipped. At all times, he has been professional and prompt in his communications and service. When his supplier made a mistake regarding what kind of door I wanted, John worked diligently to correct it.It was important to get it done quickly, as it would have otherwise detracted from the resale value of the house. The thing that put him over the top though, and made me want to leave a 5-star review, was that he came to the property on a Saturday morning to reinstall the parts of the door that the supplier had gotten wrong. If you value customer service and quality work, give John a call.

Requested quotes from 3 different companies and John is the only one who actually showed up to take a look and give me his honest opinion. Quoted me fairly and offered to pickup extra materials for the door fit and gave me the option of doing the extra work on my own to save me money. Even quoted me material cost for that. Job was done in the time he said and for the price he quoted. Great guy and his partner was as well. 100% would recommend to anyone in the Tacoma area. Door looks great, opens smooth and no mess left behind. This is your guy!

Couldnt be happier with John and the work he did. He arrived when he said he would, within an hour of initial contact.
