Love this jewelry store for repairs, purchasing unique jewelry and trading in jewelry (received a great offer) I no longer wear. Customer service was amazing and I love how they arent aggressive or try to get you to purchase something new. We will definitely continue to use them for repairs and for purchasing jewelry. Super awesome customer service! They set a stone in a setting I had, and later resized the engagement ring to look flawless. Also, they went the extra step and re-tightened the side stones! Definitely recommend! Also very good pricing for services.
