Im returning to get the lightning I want very soon. I went in to check it out and was very happy and satisfied with what they had to offer and the pricing.

We went in with an idea of what we wanted and Seattle Lighting made it happen. I wanted to hang pendants from track lighting but wasnt sure if it was possible. Other places would have us wait for many days or weeks to get the product in. They had it in their warehouse in Seattle and we had it the next day. I would definitely go back to Seattle Lighting to get ideas and help with what we have in mind.

An overwhelming amount of fixtures, chandeliers, fans, and lamps. Nicole helped us find a great choice for our house, offered options to customize it, and answered all my questions.

Though they didnt have what I needed they helped me find what I needed I will be going back

My light fixtures are beautiful however my experience with the store manager was very difficult. She was Very condescending and caddy. I will never purchase from them again.

Very nice staff. The selection is similar to the store in Seattle, though a little smaller. Knowledgeable people, too. I do wish there was a larger variety of options...there were only a few really unique and functional pieces. Too often the pieces are either unique OR functional.

A good selection of lights, in some cases a bit overpriced for the quality but its nice to get a sense of what they look like in person versus shopping sight unseen online. If you dont see what you want on display be sure to ask for a catalog as they have access to a wide range of designers and lighting styles, both indoor and outdoor. While not prominently displayed they also have a selection of low voltage outdoor lights and transformers if you are looking to improve your landscape lighting as well.

Terrible customer service. No welcome upon entry, or offers for help, even though plenty of idle time and gossiping amongst employees was observed. I was looking around for about 30 minutes before I recieved a half hearted are you looking for something in particular disenguine question from one employee. I wont be supporting this business. Take your money elsewhere...this place doesnt does not even bother to pretend to respect people.

I can express how disappointed I was with this store. The individual that assisted us was not invested in providing high quality service. The response to many of our questions was to go and look through the catalog for the item we wanted to find. The items we wished to purchase wasnt available and when I called to see if it had arrived - after waiting a while on the phone I was instructed that they were closing and couldnt help me. Finally I came in to purchase the ordered product and waited 10 minutes before anyone in the store even acknowledged me - when I arrived home I found out that I was sold CFL lights in place of LED which we had discussed. Needless to say now I need to make a 3rd trip to this light store and that will be the last time I provide patronage to this location that really would do well in some customer service training.

Visiting from Alaska and looking for lights. Walked in and no one even acknowledged us. People came in after and they helped them instead of us. Like someone said prior you need to take out a small loan to buy the lights. Guess we wont be back.

Customer service was pretty bad. The woman was very sarcastic and I left feeling as if I wouldnt want to go back. I did like the products I saw, I just have to know that the service will be bad if I buy anything there.
