Well I went in there on a Saturday morning asking to get a propane tank and filled pleaseWhen I finally found someone to help me in the back of the store the girl told me she wasnt allowed to fill propane tanks because she would have to leave the floor and she has to watch for people who are stealing things but yet nobody knew that I came in the store until I got all the way to the back so how is that right

I loved coming here for my pets needs but after tonight I won’t be coming back to this location ever again, I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service until today. The hours state that they close at 9 tonight (9/4) come to the entrance to find an employee just sitting there acknowledges that I am standing outside and can’t tell me if they’re closed, just makes eye contact and stares at my husband & I, I understand if the hours are different due to the holiday but I find it extremely unprofessional to just sit there stare at a customer and not let them know if they’re closed when even the open sign is on, I did in fact read the sign that said the store would close early on Monday 9/7 due to Labor Day, totally understand but the fact that the employee is just not letting me know whether they’re closed is extremely rude, not to mention he had let some other customer go in a minute before we walked up. I’m disappointed & in disbelief.

They have everything prices are a bit steep but quality is great so evens itself out

Huge thank you to Chad! I found an animal trap listed online that said it was in store. I wasn’t able to find it and Chad took a look for me - confusingly, it was in between two sizes that were in stock, but there was no spot for it and none on hand. Chad said he was stumped as to why it was listed in stock and said he hadn’t seen that size in before, so he matched the price of the next size up down to the price of the one listed online for me. I really, really appreciated it and am super grateful to him!

Okay place but we came in and they said they were out of season for chicks... In May. And they wont have any back in until September??? I have never heard of a place not having chicks until September.

They have all the feed I need, vows, goats, dog, and the cat.

Its a big box farm store you could probably beat the price online but if you need it right now, it is cheaper then Wilco and the workers have always been super nice even if there knowledge of the products is that of what you would expect at target. I go here to get my cages (the Dumor srackers) and it is always pleasant.

Very Poor Customer Service. Twice now as a business account holder with tractor supply we have been told we could come pick up some product only to be told when arriving the store manager has changed his mind in the 20 minuets it took us to arrive and put a cap on the items we needed and were told just minuets before we would be fine to pick up. not only did they waste our time, our drivers time, and now i have an unhappy customer for my own business that was expecting us to perform an installation. Will not be returning to this location again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.

Went to this Tractor Supply as a last ditch effort. Every other Tractor Supply I have gone to has been handling the pandemic poorly in terms of face masks, ensuring that all patrons and staff are wearing them. When we arrived, we were surprised to see a majority of staff and customers with mask on. Then we saw our cashier as we entered the check out line, whose name tag was a piece of tape and his name written in marker. Our cashier had no face mask. When I spoke to the manager, he said he is medically exempt. Okay...so if this individual has a medical condition that prevents him from wearing a face mask, then he is at greater risk for developing COVID. It is common knowledge that people with commodities are more likely to develop COVID. So, the manager of the day decides to put the one employee who cannot wear a face mask front and center, interacting with all purchasing customers. No thank you.

I love coming here simply because its abdown home store and they are great with their price matching policy. If you find something you buy cheaper or are about to buy cheaper somewhere else it doesnt really matter where it is tractor supply will honor that competitors price. No hassle, no questions, show them proof of the price by print ad or on your mobile device and they honor it on the spot. Very very nice! So u still get the big box stores prices at a down home store. Good job TSC!!!

Not only are the employees very helpful, but even the other patrons are super helpful and friendly. Our Tractor Supply feels less like a store and more like a community. I always learn something new while Im there, and I always leave with a smile on my face.

I will never shop here again and reading other reviews Im most definently not the only one to have had a similar experience as I did. As soon as I enetered the store I see the manager harassing another person repeatedly asking if they needed help and followed them around the store. The manager was also instructing his employees to do the same. After he had enough and left extremely angry and obviously offended, they turned their attention to me. He followed me down every aisle sneakily I had nothing to hide and I have never shoplifted in my life being a small business owner I understand times are tough and theft has become an issue for all of us. But Ive been a repeat customer for months and I always buy a few items sometimes even large purchases like power tools and used to buy majority of my clothes here but I too had enough and told the manager I do not steal and that it was rude what they were doing he told me to leave if I didnt like how he did things and I told him he lost business and a paying customer as I left he yelled across the store that he didnt care and not to come back and was laughing with his co workers who didnt look impressed with his actions. I was appalled. horrible customer service especially from management (an older gentlemen with white/gray hair. Average height thin petite build) Ill drive to the next town if I need to go there if I do go at all

Very friendly cashiers. Sometimes those helping you are not quite sure what youre looking for and you have to ask more than one person. However Everyone is always willing to help and never seems like you bothered them

I really do enjoy shopping here. They have much of what I need for my home and my pets. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Prices were a little high but had almost everything you could need. The customer service was not that great I felt offended by the way they asked if I needed help i told them no thank you an it seemed that one older gal needed to stock or move around items on every isle I walked down it was obvious they assumed I was going to steal I know I dont look or dress like I am on a farm but I do put in my fair share of work an can use some items they sale all In all not a bad place to shop but the stereo typing could use some work I walked out not purchase ing any items I felt to offended lost my business until next Time .

Ordered a sale item on line, went to the front register and was redirected to Customer Service desk. 15 minutes and a second trip back to the front of the store decided that the old school regular checkout was better way. dO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE ONLINE PURCHASE OPTION AT THIS RETAILER.

The night staff here are awesome! They are super helpful! The guy helped us carry out the 12 bags of pellets and the super cute girl at the counter was fun to work with and even upsold me on a flashlight I didnt need! Fantastic crew!

I had to buy chicken food and CJ was so helpful! I have a 2 month old baby and picking up bags of chicken food can be a lot when you have an infant on your chest. Not only did she help me pick the right food but she loaded it in my cart, cashed me out and loaded it in my car! Thank you so much!!

This is a good place to come for all your out door hardware needs and stuff for animals. Good selection, brands, types and prices too. This would be a 5 star review but some of the employees can be a little gruff and slow about giving help. But there are a few gems that will help and know what they are doing.

I went in the tractor store and yell and looking for my favorite candy and old candy area was pretty empty either they quit selling the product I like the multicolor I dont know what you call jails anyway. I also was in Spanaway the same day and stop by their store and they had the same problem so either there not covered carrying it anymore whats there was no signage it said they wouldnt or they have a what do they call it supply line chain problem nobody seemed to know on the floor what what or how I know its a small item but thats what makes me come back to your store at least monthly.

We get our pet supplies from here and and love the 4health brand they sell of cat food.

I like that they are bringing in more healthy choices for dogs and cats 😁 I would recommend the team on the floor be more proactive when a customer looks lost and offer help. Acknowledging us before we get to the checkout will go a very long way 😀

This location is okay. Its clean and the employees are always friendly. But half the time you have to go back outside to get a cart from the parking lot and they are always out of the chicken feed I need! Its flock raiser, it should be the one with the most stock! And dont ask anyone for advice here, while there might be one that knows something, most dont. When we first got into raising chickens a year or so ago during chick days a store employee, possibly manager as he was just walking around conversing with customers, convinced my husband to get a few Cornish Cross chicks They are a great dual purpose bird he said. My husband convinced me to get them without researching them first. 8 weeks later we had four 13lb chickens in the freezer.

Came here to get our chickens . Great chicken day 2 still alive. Check out lady was super sweet. The one who helped us pick out or chickens was super rude. Took a pic of me and my little girl son she knows who we are for next time.

This store has a great selection of products with friendly employees. The interior is clean and the shelves are well stocked with a wonderful selection to choose from along with a lot of good sale items. My friends and family love shopping at this store and so do I. 😄

The staff was helpful but I was disappointed when the website said they had something in stock and when I arrived it wasnt available for purchase. I was told its in freight and to check back the next day. They called another location for me that showed the same item in stock but no employees were available to check if the item was actually on the shelf. Great staff and helpful but disappointed in the inventory system.

The girls are always helpful and friendly. It does help that Im there at least once a week.

It was my first time going to a Tractor Supply Company. The staff was nice, they helped me find pine pellets for my cats. I saw they had boots, hats, coveralls, feed, chicks🐣 and a whole bunch of other stuff I dont know.

A definite country vibe. They sell a little bit of everything with an emphasis on horse, farm & garden products as well a large selection of feed and pet foods. (think Dels or Wilco). Over the years Ive found their quality of customer service can vary... hence the three stars.

Its not a big place but they have a well rounded selection. From apparel to power tools, building supplies and pet/farm items, they have a little bit of everything. The prices vary, but in our experience they have been less expensive than the bigger chain stores on more than one occasion. A couple of random things to note: they do sell propane here (lowest price weve found in the area), they do not copy keys here, and they close at 8pm, which is earlier than might be expected.

Employees are always helpful and very nice to my dog. Always have great selection and if theyre out of something theyll call around to see if they have it in any of their other stores.

Tractor Supply has a lots of different pet food & supplies. I also love the clothing section and have purchased cute tops and t-shirts.

Just went here for the VIP Pet Clinic which wasnt set up when we got there at 11am. Will definitely come back on a less busy day and see what they have for dog treats and you options.

Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean, organized and has a wide variety of tools and machinery for farm and home use. Love shopping here.

I love the people who work there. I bring my dog and my toddler. We all leave happy. The prices on the feed is good and the hay is clean.

Never have had to deal with such a ride manager before, infact their entire staff started whispering and giggling as I walk away from dealing w the manager who was rude, unkind, not helpful and couldnt even answer basic questions like WHY? seems like they arent a big enough chain to be treating anyone like that. I only went in on this particular day to exchange a couple lawn mower belts for a good friend of mine. I was saving him a trip into town since I was going right by there anyway. But ill never shop not recommend to anyone I know to shop here! Prices are outrageous and they make the return process feel like your in high school starting a new school in the middle of the year! Grow up people!!!

Friendly staff.Went here on a Saturday to fill a propane tank but the staff stated I had to wait 15 mins because the staff member who does it is not available.The 5 stars is for the staff referring me to another place down the street instead of waiting which is kind and much appreciated.

The front end people greet me everytime I come in and I have never had to wait more than a minute to get help in the back. I pretty much only get hay but they carry dog chews I really like, and they have Buckeyes at the front check stand

Ordered chicken layer food nd bedding online. It was ready for me to pick up within the hour. So easy do. I love the conveniece. All sorts of products including gardening and farm animal needs. Cats and dogs too. Friendly and courteous. Plenty of free parking as well. Great store!

Bought some welded wire, was told to pull around back and no one came. I had to walk back around front and drag someone out to open the gate for me and carry it out myself. Normally a positive experience with helpful people and competitive prices.

Didnt have what I wanted. Visited here twice and each time they did not have the kerosene I needed for my heater not saying its a bad story thing just cant believe that they can keep Indian stocks despite whether or not we have wonderstorm it should just be readily on hand and given points cuz its so inexpensive and easy to heat your house thats why I wanted it. The crew was very helpful.

Short blonde gal helped me, I missed her name but she was super helpful as was the younger gentleman that helped me in the phone. However, the old guy that helped fill my propane tank was beyond grumpy. This was my first time here and he left a nasty impression.

We love coming here and its so convenient that they are down the road from us. We basically have our own zoo and love Tractor Supply so much more than a huge chain petstore, since we can shop for much more than animal products and the prices are great! The staff has always been friendly and even other customers that shop there. This store is a staple in our lives!

We were looking for salt on the day of a snow storm. They were out. An employee was able to go in back room and get us 2 50lb. Bags of cat litter. She carried them out to our cart on her shoulder. She went above and beyond.

Stopped in just to take a look around, wound up finding a light bar for my truck at a fair price. I saw that they were out of the wiring harnesses on the rack and asked an employee if they had anymore in back, she said no. Then I asked if there was another locations in the area that had one, she declined to check and didnt offer to backorder. Ive had more professional customer service at fast food restaurants than this particular place, will not return.

This was my first time at a TSC. I was really excited to go but as I was driving in the neighborhood, my excitement diminished. When I parked at the store, my excitement was gone.I went into the store and walked around to get a feel for the layout. The womens restroom had no toilet seat covers and no soap, which I consider to be basic essentials. The store was not well-stocked and it was slightly messy. The prices for the items I know well (dog and cat products and home gardening products) are similar to competitors.I bought a stock tank (169 gal) which was kept outside. There was pigeon feces and feathers all over it which was unappealing and not sanitary (if Im paying for something, it shouldnt have feces on it.) Although I realize it was kept outside, there really should be some standard for cleaniness and appearance. I cant say for certain that I got the best deal but I feel okay about the price for the quality. I have seen much nicer stock tanks but for higher prices. If this County Line one works out, the price I paid is fine. However, it might not work out. Based on the minority of product reviews, some have leakage issues. The guy who helped load it into my car was simply a body, low quality customer service. The cashier had slightly better customer service.When I go to a store, I assume that the employees and the management of the store care about how their customers behave, how they represent the company, and the quality of their products. It really seems like TSC just doesnt care all that much.

Awesome but they need to have more staff on the floor as well as cashier more so on the weekends. Gets pretty busy but overall im pleased plus its location is very convenient to shop and great bargain prices too.

Terrible experience and Ill never go back to this store. Had to use bathroom and it took enployee over 15 minutes to show up with key. Then wanted to buy headlamp flashlight and they were locked up. Yep, another 15 minutes for employee to show up with key. Employees very poor and not service focus. Ill spend this wasted time driving to another store in the future.
