Very easy to sign up online and there was some really good deals and discounts, especially compared to other storage complexes in the area. When I called in with questions to the main office they were very polite and knowledgeable.

Storage space really small for what they charge. Only one truck can be rented out for four hours at a time, making it tough to schedule when you really need it. Had to swap storages for this reason.

It was last minute and I had not planned ahead for this situation. I called a few different storage facilities in my area to ask what was available and what the cost would be. Three locations had nothing available and two others were extremely expensive. My call to Orchard Street Self Storage was a godsend. The lady on the phone was amazing! She was friendly helpful and very professional. I was able to arrange rental of a unit over the phone. Once I arrive at Orchard Street Self Storage I was shown where my unit was located. Upon deciding to do business with Orchard Storage, I discovered a very pleasant crew who were more than willing to aid in answering any questions and concerns before signing the paperwork. Additionally, they provided the opportunity to receive their move in offer for use of the moving truck at a later time at, while offering the special rate due to the truck being down. Great Storage Facility - I highly recommend if you are looking to work with a quality establishment. My son had to store a wrecked car for a short period (from the towing company next door). Normally Orchard Street would not allow but it was a temporary situation and the management was more than willing to work with me. Absolutely great customer service. From the front desk crew to the people that answered the phone. Orchard Street made room in their RV area and allowed me to store it while we settled with the insurance company. A couple of weeks turned into a couple of months but OSSS worked with me all the way. Payments can be made electronically and its easy to log into your account. I found the pricing reasonable and competitive for the space and the staff were friendly. Dont hesitate to use this location if you are looking for storage.

I had a very good experience with Public Storage. The location was easy to find and had very easy access. The manager on site was very friendly and professional. She showed personal interest and a sincere desire to help in any way possible in order to have a pleasant experience, answering any questions I had.

The employees are friendly and helpful and the facilities very clean! I wasnt able to use the truck as someone already was using it, but maybe next time. I was having trouble finding someone not already at work to help me with the final moving so Karen gave me the names of some fine young men to help me. 90 minutes later three young men, Xavier, CJ and Ellis showed up at Orchard Street Self Storage to help me. Such hard workers and reasonably priced, I cant thank them or Karen enough for helping me finalize my move.
