I stopped by to check out prices and availability, this is the closest store to me so it was convenient. One thing I didn’t like was that there was loud music coming from somewhere next or behind the office and the smell of marijuana. Other than that, Cheyenne was very professional as I watched her handle a customer prior to me. She was very sweet and super helpful with all of my questions. She walked me through the property and let me see a unit in case I do decide to store here, I definitely will be in closer to my move date thanks to her.

Pro tip: don’t rent from Public Storage ever. They will raise your rent whenever they please because they know your only option is to move all your stuff again. Shady, exploitive, and terrible customer service reps who will tell you before you sign up that the rate you sign up with won’t change.

I wasnt sure what size storage I needed and i was concerned about security. So, I walked in and spoke with Katie. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the lot and even pointed out several security features that put me at ease. She was helpful, friendly and fast. Moreover, she spoke like she knew what she was talking about. I purchased 1 unit with public storage solely based on my interaction with her. I had looked into other places but I knew that I had found what i was looking for in a storage unit after my 30 minute tour and conversation. I am purchasing a second unit on the first because my storage unit ended up to be everything she promised. That means a lot to those people like me who need a little hand holding due to personal time constraints.Im a fan. Im a renter. Im happy.

Easy access

Katie was awesome helping me set up a storage unit. I came in running on not sleep after taking a red-eye from Hawaii to here, and Katie was super patient with any questions I had and made sure I was set up with the codes for everything as well as the address to this public storage in case I didnt remember which one I went with. Being new to the area it was really nice to meet someone so friendly and helpful.

Rachel, was great! Emily, from their other location, was also great! She called Rachel, to let her know that I was on my way over. They were both very friendly, quick, and efficient. Because of Emily, reserving the bigger storage in the computer, I got the last one available! It’s perfect for what we need.

Katie was the best help I got after going to another storage place that drew you in then what they quoted wasnt what I seen online. I went to public storage and got a bigger storage for the same price the little storage the other company. I so appreciate her help!!

Very easy rental. Straight forward process. Katie was great in going over the contract. Easy to get to location. You can easily get in and out of. Public storage has autopay feature as well so you don’t have to worry about losing your belongings by forgetting a payment

Had a unit for 6 months to store my moms stuff, was very simple and no issues, paid bill online. Move in and out were also very easy, Katie is great. Very helpful and smart.

Heather and Brian were awesome! I called in a reservation and was racing to the store. Heather called to confirm and waited a little over closing to help me get a unit. Going through a divorce and really needed this storage. The unit was clean, Heather was so polite and helpful and Brian, the property manager came on site to see if all was well and was super nice also. Thank you, guys!!

Brian was exceptional, His customer service, and attention to detail was great. I showed up right before closing, and he took his time and took the time to really take care of me. Even though he was staying late to help me. He was very professional, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend renting here if youre looking for a storage unit.

We had a large storage for over two years. The area around the unit was always clean and there was very little if any theft. The people at the office were more than helpful and other than the increases in the rents that were significant, everything was perfect.

This was my first time with renting a storage unit. I did a lot of the looking and research on Public Storages great website. But when I went to the location to finalize the rental, I worked with Katie. She was informative, helpful and very friendly! Since I was struggling with which size units to continue with, she showed me the two sizes I had shown interest in so I could actually see the difference in size. That helped a lot! Katie made the in person renting process very easy and so far my experience with Public Storage has been excellent.

Wow!! The manager here Brittany has out of this world customer service!! This place is always so clean and tidy! You can tell its kept up on with a close eye. The manager is always attentive to my needs. Ive been to many storage closets and this is by far my favorite. Shes a cheerful and personable girl! I would say the best part of this place is the staff because the place is old but, clean and pretty well maintained. Brian the manager was always helpful and very good with names which is always nice. I rented a 5x10 for about 11 months and I ended up down this long hallway so it made mine a bit hard to access. You’ll have to get out of the car to type in the pin to access the facility but, at the end of the day what’s wrong with the place is pretty minor compared to the service.

I rented a storage unit (5x5) from the Orchard. St. Location in Tacoma WA.I was happy with the $1 for the 1st month but wish they would mention the lock is $20 and there is a $24 admin fee.The girl who helped us was Savannah and she was the best! She was so sweet and helpful, she really made the process easy and demonstrated excellent customer service

My check-in appointment was at 3pm on January 11th, I couldnt get there until nearly 5pm though. I spoke with an employee on the phone regarding my late arrival, and she promised to stay as late as possible to get me checked in. That same lady did check me in, and she was accommodating, professional, and expedient. I wish I could give her 6 stars.

Liz has been very helpful. She walked us through all the different size units and made sure that we felt comfortable with the unit we got. A couple days later when I came back in with more questions she remembered us and was just as helpful as she was on day one. We are very happy with our choice to rent a storage unit here thanks to Liz.

Losing a customer here. Only 1 late fee removal a year?? Most banks will do better than that on Overdraft fee. Ive been late 2 times in the entire time due to my companys payroll being late. I know I am only one customer but losing $75 per month over a $20 late fee isnt a smart move. Plenty of other storage facilities out there.

I made an online request to see a 5 by 5 on a Friday and was scheduled to come in the next day at 10:00. I was welcomed by Brian who greeted me by name! He explained that he would be finished with the customer at the desk and hed be with me in a few minutes. He was so personable and I felt like earning my business really meant something to him; no fake smiles or platitudes. I highly recommend this place. Need temporary storage space? Go in and check it out if only to see Brians beautiful eyes!

When we initially rented our unit the transaction was seamless. Then upon our departure (less than 2 weeks after securing unit) we attempted to enter our interior unit to find that the door code leading inside had been changed and we had not been notified. Of course we had gotten there just after the office had closed and had no way of contacting anyone to get the new updated code. We never received a call, text or email stating that the code would be changing and we would need to reach out during office hours to gain access to our paid unit. We now have a uhaul truck we are paying for yet loosing out on a day with because we now have to wait until the office opens back up. I called the 800 number and did not receive satisfactory service. I was told they would pass my message onto the DM but 2 hours later and I have not received any contact. The phone number listed on the card with our access codes didnt ring anywhere and like I said we are now a day behind. Even if we didnt start loading until the gate opened up next day we could be done loading and on the road before the office opens. Now instead we have to wait until 9:30 which means we wont be able to get on the road until at least 1pm. I would have been understanding if we had received some kind of notice that codes would be changing and we would need to contact the office to gain entry but with no notice and no way to reach anyone I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service we received.
