Rent-A-Center has a great staff. They have really nice furniture for affordable payments. They deliver, pick up, and set up everything for you. They also have game systems, laptops, and even cell phones! I was surprised to find out all the different things they offer and all the different payment plans to help their customers if they get into a tight financial situation.

Very unprofessional. Have been told they would have my washer and dryer set delivered by Tuesday between 1-3 and they didnt do it. No call or nothing. My man had to call them and thats how we found out that they was not coming. Then had to call today and they tell us.they will not be coming today. Well I called them to see what was going on my self and was told no.idea why they cancelled delivery yesterday and they couldnt do today cause soand so has a broken foot

New to town & VERY low on funds due to a vehicle repair and hotel bills, so we didnt have very much cash-on-hand. I took in a coupon that I received via email, from the previous RAC store I rented from (a good 900 miles away!) and based on my customer score with them, the Tahlequah store took a chance & allowed me to open an account. My salesman was great! Cant remember his name at the moment though :( ** I was in on Tuesday May 30, 2017, around noon **

Ive been to arrons, buddys, roses, means, everywhere ive even been to other rent a centers but nothing compares to this rent a center tahlequah location awesome customer service delivered my merchandise and set it up free of charge! Have done everything ive asked.

I have a washer through them. Whenever they delivered it they didnt have any tools to hook it up, they FLOODED my house BC he wasnt paying attention and the hose fell off, they then LEFT to get tools while water is pouring out and were gone for an hour before returning. I turned the water off and attempted to clean it up. When they came back they tracked mud all through my house. When I expressed how unhappy I was about them flooding my house they just shrugged their shoulders and said they did their job. I called the location and they did nothing but say sorry and hang up on me.Fast forward a few months. I pay faithfully every month. I have everything set up through my bank to be taken out and paid. They have been coming to my house every day for a week banging on my door, honking their horn, and being rude saying I havent paid. I showed them my proof that I have. They respond with, well thats not what our computer says. I keep all my reciepts and bank staments as proof. But to them thats apparently not enough. If I could give zero stars in would. I will NEVER do business here again. These people are unorganized, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Very unprofessional. I have given them specific times to call and they ignore them all. Calling me at work getting me in trouble at my JOB. All over being a day late. ONE day. I would not refer this RAC to anyone. I have used RAC for years and now I will no longer be shopping there

The worst experience I have ever had they lied to you and take your card information and don’t take the right amount of payment they give you the runaround and they don’t explain the full amount of what you have bought until after you’re already screwed they lied to you over and over and over and over we had a payment of $1100 left and for three months he paid $200 and after three months I was only down to $1000.39 I don’t know how they think that makes sense but I did it to me by at your own risk
