This entire experience of a car stereo installation was very concerning. They failed to let me know an appointment has been cancelled. Took a few days to get a reschedule. Stereo was then improperly installed, issues with back up camera, gps and phone not pairing. Fees were high with no guarantee. The unit failed to reset so we had to replace it. Finally took it to another installer. He said the wiring was incorrectly done. All is well now, lower cost, and a guarantee of service quality. Totally bad experience start to end.

Man where do I begin? This place is a joke! I took a cadillac srx in to have some subs put in along with some tweeters, but the owner decided I didnt need them. Without even calling me. Got there to pick up my car and thats when I was told. This review could be a small book on how bad things where done long story short I paid 900$ for a system I never got to enjoy.

After buying a new home with a built-in sound system / speakers, we asked them for a consult to help us determine what we needed to make it all work. They came by on a Thursday, did the inspection, received their payment, and told us theyd have a report for us the following Monday or Tuesday (5 days). Its been over a month and we still havent heard anything. We called and left a message with an associate and still nothing. Im just sad we paid for something and have nothing to show for it. Im leaving this review hoping to hear back from them or at least save someone $$$ if they are inquiring.

Incredibly unprofessional. Went there twice to look at tower speakers and their sound board wasn’t working. Then I made an appointment for them to work on my boat and they didn’t even sow up to open the store. I waited 20 minutes past the time they were suppose to open and I finally left. I had left them a voicemail and they never even called me back! I would never go there again.

Great work they have done 3 full stereo systems in my 3 vehicles and they all work and sound great just did my lil ranger today

This guys were super I went to clydes tires in tahlequah for a interlock there before they opened there till they closed ans he said want to just pick it up in the morning i said no way Ill go somewhere else my girls uncle reffered me to sooner tv and he was finished in two hours and explained so well and they gentlemen there were so friendly and helpful professional as well recommend from me anytime thanks guys
