😡While walking along side me; 3 yr old g-dtr fell in asphalt gap parking lot last night. Not lit well enough to see until too late. Attendant on shift wasnt concerned. Allowed me to use her sink soap and gave band-aidwhen I asked. When asked for more band-aids she replied thats it. NOT HAPPY!!!
Please beware of this store# 4370 especially when using cash. Tonight the cashier working (9/21/20) stole $5 from me as I prepaid for $15. Netting me only $10 in fuel. When confronted with this information, cashier vehemently denied receiving the original amount in cash (2 five dollar bills, 4 one dollar bills and 4 quarters) and when a managerial request was declined as the “manager is on vacation”. Extremely abysmal customer service, blatant theft and a very poor attitude from the cashier on duty tonight. Will be definitely be taking this up with corporate.
Horrible! Just plain horrible! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The cashier lost my card then claims he put it in the bag so I talk to the dm Donna Martin and she says he handed it back to me. This store need investigated! The manager and the employee can not get their story’s straight. So I have contacted corporate and am waiting on a call back.
I just came from this ez mart That place is so nasty That if there was another gas station close I wouldnt have went to ez Mart So So Nasty and to many people there sitting behind counter with the employee Someone could be cleaning that place up Nasty Gross
