Normally I love the Talladega store and I know they have been short handed but I just called the store at least 7 times and it seems as if they are hanging up every time. Theres no voicemail .. no hello. Nothing. As a customer with a question its pretty irritating to feel like your purposefully being hung up on. yall might wanna help these guys out some and get some employees mnes that answer the phone.

This was a fairly new DG and the service was excellent. First and foremost it was clean and stock was on the shelves🤗

My local Dollar General most of the employees are awesome need to carry more stuff though

This Dollar general in Talladega is it okay store the management and staff are polite friendly. All the restore should have or needs to have a great inventory like the outer stores in Pell City

Who does not like Dollar General. How could anyone dislike Dollar General. They are everywhere and are building more stores every day. This nice new store is great. You know what to expect too, decent prices on a wide variety and and a short checkout line. What do you need, pickles, a comb, potting soil, hemorrhoid medecine, motor oil, just gitcha buggy and go on in, they got it.

Very friendly, but there is always a wait to check out only one cashier. Alot of people working but only one cashier checking people out.

Yeah DG always got pretty much what you are looking for. Be it food,household cleaning supplies,to medicine ans basic automotive necessities.

1st time in this location i came today and was pleasantly surprised how clean and organized store was. Nothing in isle ways and staff was friendly and fast. This store deserves pat on the back✅😀

Clean store, nice employees. Most of the time has items that I purchase regularly in stock. Outside and parking lot is not very clean.

Quick and easy.

Staying open later now (10 pm).. Items were mistakenly put on the $ isle.. the one item I got rung up at 3.85. The employee made it 1$ for me as it was their mistake.. save tons of money at any DG using digital coupons and every sat you get 5 off 25 purchase.. Im not into coupons, never have been.. However with the digital coupons, they make it so easy. Just saved 18$ on 60$ in goods.. not bad at all, and certainly was not a hassle.

The store was stocked well and had all of the ad items I was looking for. Only problem was the ad was not programmed correctly in system for checkout. The staff was very polite and willing to go extra mile to ensure that I got item for advertised price. This is a rare trait...so many times the response will be that there is nothing that can be done. Not at this store..the ladies were very happy to help. I will shop this store more often.

This where I go to get my stuff cause its close to my house and convenient have everything I need from food to personal items....
