Justin arrived much earlier than expected which was great! The service took just about an hour and it looks brand new. He was professional and I will definitely be using their services again if needed. I wish I would’ve called them first instead of Safelite. Glass Doctor had appointment slots available much sooner than Safelite and had I not waited the 2 weeks it would’ve taken to get an appointment with Safelite the crack might not have spread and I may have only needed a repair rather than a replacement. Either way I am satisfied with the quality and cost of the service.

Actually the glass was fine its the door casket. Justin came to Jefferson county and did not charge anything. I will call Glass Doctor for all future needs.

Very professional. Justin Cambre did an EXCELLENT job. It took all of 25 minutes and any glass particles left he cleaned up. Would definitely recommend Glass Doctorx for window repair. 10/10!

I contacted glass doctor of Tallahassee on July 6, to replace a cracked windshield. I was told by the one representative that as soon as my insurance information was delivered I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment. July 12th, I call back again and could only speak to the no insurance representative whom stated she elevated and I would receive a call back in 20 minutes. July 16th and have yet to hear anything from glass doctor. I went elsewhere.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and very friendly service. Technician explained the quality of glass and knew manufacturing process inside and out, installation was fast and evident how skilled technician was at their job. All around wonderful and professional experience by an American owned and operated business.

Safelite couldnt get glass for a week. Glass doctor had it in the next day!!

I had a great experience with glass doctor repairing a leaking windshield. Since it was not covered under insurance, other companies were reluctant to perform the repair. I was becoming hopeless until I called The Glass Doctor. Turns out they were able to re-seal it, keeping in mind quality and cost. They were responsive and timely and came to my work for the repair. I waited about 4 months to post this to make sure that the repair has held up and I have had no issues despite many heavy rains between then and now. I highly recommend.

Fantastic company. My windshield was smashed with ball. The first guy to come out didnt vacuum. The boss reached out to me came out the next day. Vacuumed the entire car and even readjusted the windshield and cleaned it. I would have never noticed, but they did. They fixed all that with no issues and apologized for the first guy. Thats what I call dedication and pride.

Amazing company! They were very professional and went above and beyond to take care of my windshield replacement. I even told them of a bad experience with another glass company that had replaced a windshield in my Suburban that was not done properly and they fixed that issue! I will never use a different company again! Glass Doctor is the bomb!

Repairman was very professional. Response time was quick and repair was completed very quickly. Replacement windshield looks just like the original.

Out of all the glass companies in Tallahassee, Glass Doctor was the most friendly and that is why I chose them. However, since taking on my claim, the communication has failed. A week has gone by with no update as to what’s going on or where I stand with getting my windshield fixed. It’s disappointing. I decided to choose another company because of it.

I needed both my front and rear drivers door glass and I got an appointment for the very next day. Reasonably priced and Rocky is super friendly!

I the misfortune to suffer a massive crack from a stray rock on SR 61. The timing couldnt have been worse. My 16 Durango and I pack the miles on - all over the panhandle, into Alabama, and beyond. Glass Doctor was able to set me up with an appointment the very next day, and they came to me. Rocky arrived on time and has my old windshield out and the new one in no time. The process could not have been smoother. I found the glass and the installation to be of great quality. They even transferred my window stickers and Sunpass mini.

Great customer service, fair price

Schedule appointment didn’t even call to cancel the appointment or tell me anything had to constantly call back just to be told they wouldn’t be able to do it til the next day what a big inconvenience I would not recommend them to anyone... Then they quote me a price an say they other person told me that price just a big waste of time
