Entire experience, from beginning to end, was quick and easy. They showed up when expected, were courteous, and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend.

My rear windshield was busted out in a vandalism incident and I immediately went looking for companies to get it replaced. Seminole Auto Glass is priced fairly, easy to schedule with and they did an awesome job!!! I hope I won’t need anything replaced any time soon, but if I do I’m calling y’all! I appreciate you!

Whoever drives the giant truck covered in this companys decals is very unprofessional. The cut myself and multiple other drivers off in a very unsafe manner in order to gain a better spot in traffic off of Connor Blvd. Wouldnt recommend doing business with someone who tries to get business for their company by causing the Auto Glass Damage with their own truck...Edit: I accept the apology, but unfortunately it was quite obvious by the way the truck was driving that it wasnt inadvertently done. If so, whomever was driving hasnt been for long.

I was looking for a local place to replace my windshield and Seminole Auto Glass was recommended to me more than once. Sarah got in touch with me and we did everything through text (I cant talk on the phone at work). She dealt with my insurance company and with me so I didnt even have to deal with them! Sarah was AMAZING to work with and Larry did a great job on my window replacement. He had everything done within like 35 mins. Seminole Glass has been nothing but outstanding for the ministry of Teen Challenge. After we initially had them replace a front windshield. Which was quick and painless. We had an unexpected break on a rear window on our brand new 2019 van. This specialty glass was going to cost over $1000 brand new.Sarah seen that this was going to be a tough purchase for us. She instead found a used window and had it installed within a week. When we approached about payment. They kindly replied, it was on the house!!!What an amazing and generous heart they showed us!

I had no idea who to contact this week when the windshield on my wifes car was cracked. I read the reviews of a few companies and decided to go with a local service provider in Tallahassee. I called Seminole and spoke with Sarah on Monday. I gave her the insurance information and had a choice of days to get the work completed. I chose today. Sarah called on Wednesday to confirm I was still available, and asked for detailed information about the existing glass to be sure the right replacement was ordered. Larry arrived promptly this morning and the work was done in an hour. Since he has been doing this professional work for 23 years, I knew I was in good hands. The finished result was perfect. I dont want to go through another cracked windshield routine again, but if I do, I can say unequivocally that I will call this business. It is absolutely first rate.

I can not say enough about how punctual, and professional Seminole auto glass was. I had an apt made for Larry to come to my job to put in my new windshield. I got a call 10-15 min before his arrival but unfortunately wasn’t at work at the time(I had forgot about him coming to do the windshield) he was able STILL work me in same day with no questions asked! Im trying to be as impartial as I can (I edited this after- to be more level-headed).Overall the set up for service was easy enough. I went through state farm. Seminole auto was able to come out the next day anytime before 3pm. I was leaving my car with my wife, it was easier parking. They said Larry would call me and coordinate specifically the day of. I agreed and wanted them to call me so I could give my wife a heads up. It was nice to know they were so responsive.The day of service I tried to call to remind them to call me because my wife wound up being in a meeting. I couldnt get a hold of anyone. They ended up calling my wife and interrupting her out of the blue without much warning. She was called four times without a voicemail or message left. She was able to get to Larry, and have a co-worker make sure everything went fine.The actual service for a chip repair can still be seen from inside, luckily it is on the passenger side (unsure if this is normal or not). I was told Larry was ok, but less than friendly and seemed to want to just get the service over with and move on.I have a new stain on my driver side seat found after this service, I cannot tell what it is but it is frustrating to know I need to clean up after a service. I really hope it was just something we did not notice prior and not caused by the technician.I am disappointed with Seminole auto-glass. They were able to get to me quickly, but the coordination and responsiveness was a let down for the day of the service. Perhaps it was a wrong place, wrong time for everyone involved, but I had hoped this couldve gone smoother.

Answered my call on the first try, nice & friendly to deal with, gave me a fair and competitive price, showed up on time, communicated their arrival, successfully completed the window replacement quickly and even cleaned up the broken glass from the vandals. This is top notch service in my opinion.

THE BEST AUTO GLASS SHOP IN NORTH FLORIDA!!!! Sarah is great and very responsive. The prices are afforable and they do quality work! I had an issue with my glass and they came to my location and fixed it promptly. About a month later the glass broke (not because of anything they did) and they were sooo professional and understanding. They immediately help me to get the issue resolve with my glass! I love this place! If i could i would give it 100 stars!!!

Not impressed with the service. Took forever to get someone on the phone or to ever call you back. They cancelled on me for a more important client according to some girl named Sara. They offered me a different day and said they would get back to me but then never did. Tried to call again to figure out what they could do and got now where with them. Very frustrated and unhappy with the experience. Should not have wasted as much time with them as I did.

Best service, best work, best price,and great all around company. If you live in Tallahassee or the surrounding areas it would be a big mistake choosing somewhere else for glass repairs on your auto.

UPDATE: The experience started out great, unfortunately it didnt end so well. They were supposed to come out in the morning, by 12pm I still hadnt heard from them so I called they said that they thought I said anytime throughout the day. So I shook that off as a miscommunication. After that they said would come out after 1pm, its now 4:30pm and no one is answering the phone. So basically, they just didnt show up and couldnt be bothered to tell me.After posting this review, I called the company - again - and told them that I would be going with someone else and that I had left this review. As a small business owner myself I understand the importance of these reviews, however I would want to know if I had upset someone this much. Anyways, post the phone call and review I received SEVEN phone calls in a row back to back. It freaked me out so much that I had my husband call and deal with these people. They lied to him about what actually happened - which is ridiculous because I have phone logs that prove everything they said was a lie.All in all, the person they have running their phones is totally unprofessional. I do not recommend this company if you want a drama free, easy windshield replacement.

I have been suspecting that some issues I’ve been having with my car may have been related to a windshield leak. Sarah got me in on a days notice, they replaced my windshield, and took some extra time to try and help identify the problem, which they certainly didn’t have to do.

Seminole Auto Glass does fast, quality work for HALF the price of the national window company you hear about on the radio.I dont want to need this glass replaced again but Im happy to know this local business is in town!

Called on a Tuesday and Sarah was able to take care of insurance issue even after hours. Texting is a nice feature and Sarah answered every one of my questions and took care of everything else. By Thursday lunchtime, I had a replacement windshield. Larry was just as awesome as Sarah. He came to my place of business and replaced while I watched and asked even more questions. I had to leave for a brief period and when I got back he was cleaning up to leave. Both very professional and cordial. Only positive things to say about this duo. I hope not to need them again, but would gladly return.

I like that they use text; it made it much easier to schedule an appointment while at work. For those of us with the legal minimum insurance in FL, they have better prices for replacing a windshield than Safelite. The installation was easy and painless (~30min), and the installer was gracious about my work schedule.

After extensive research on auto glass companies and reviews, I called this company to have a glass installed for a family member that lives in the area.I told the person on the phone the situation on a rear glass breaking and needed a glass installed as soon as possible. I was told that they would call back on price and availability on both new and used glasses.Four hours goes by and no call back. I called again to see if they had any answers on prices and availability. They said they were still looking in to it. Its been well over three days (going on since Friday 11/4) and still no phone call back.Found another local company and got it taken care of for my family member. Do your homework to keep searching around for a more higher quality business that will stand up to customer satisfaction and their word(s).

They replaced my broken windshield after it suffered damage from a falling limb just before Irma. I was able to text someone for a quote, pay over the phone, and I didnt have to be home when they came and installed the new glass. Theyre basically windshield ninjas. It couldnt have been any simpler or painless. Also, it was a nice added touch that the installer vacuumed out all of the shattered glass that had fallen inside my car. It certainly wasnt required of them, but it was really appreciated.

They broke my glass twice and for the installation they ate lunch in my car and broke my rear view mirror Off not to mention The receptionist Sarah was so rude to me I’m a man Everybody and I’ve never met a woman so unsettling in my life they lost my business for good :(

Great service! When safelite couldnt help me Seminole glass sent someone that day when I needed them. Sarah was very helpful. 10/10 would reccomend.

Called on Tuesday for an insurance windshield replacement and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. I told Larry to come by anytime on Thursday as I work from home. He called roughly 15 minutes before arriving. Windshield was installed within 30 minutes. The glass has the same pattern as the OEM Volkswagen glass it replaced, minus the VW logo. Larry even tried to re-glue my A-pillar upholstery back on (its been falling off for months). Overall very satisfied, would recommend, and will I will be giving out his number to friends.

At first I was a little hesistant about Seminole Auto Glass because I scheduled an appointment and the receptionist over booked her repair man so she was unsure if he could make it out the day that was promised. I went searching for other companies the were little more expensive but one that would take an extra day but they were cheaper. I scheduled an appointment with them and cancelled my appointment with Seminole. When I texted them to cancel they were very apologetic and reassured me they understood why I was cancelling. Later on that day the repair man called me to express his apologies and that he could come at that very moment. My main thing was I just wanted my windshield repaired as fast as possible so I was very relieved that he would still call me apologetic and that he could still come the same day. He came and replaced the window in less than an hour. I think I gave his the wrong type for my car so the window was too small, but he let me know that I could atleast use my car and he would be here the next day. Now when most repair menn say the next day they mean late the next day, or an excuse as to why they have to move it to the next day. But he was here early in the day to replace my windshield with the correct glass, I was very surprised. They were great even though we had a minor mix up they were able to properly and professionaly reconcile the problem.

Completely and utterly shocked by their disrespect and mistreatment towards me as a customer.They replaced my windshield in late July and a mere three weeks later a stress fracture crack appeared near the top right. Unfortunately since I was unable to physically go back to them because I had moved back home to Virginia during that span of time, I had to immediately (the next day after the crack appeared) get that windshield replaced in order to pass a Virginia state inspection. In Virginia every registered vehicle must pass a state inspection or you are legally not allowed to drive that vehicle. I have to drive to work so it was not an option to not have a legally drivable vehicle and since I have a 45 minute commute the possibility of using public transportation was also not an option.I than called them the very same day I had to have the replacement and explained to them the situation. I very politely offered to send them numerous photographic evidence of the crack and the receipt for the new windshield. I asked for a full refund to the amount I paid for the windshield they installed. They responded that they would get back to me. That was August 12th, it is now August 30th and I have barely heard more than a few words from them.Since that day I have sent them numerous emails and called almost daily for a response. All I have received is one response to one email: Have patience.They have literally ignored every phone call and every other email that they have received from me. Completely disgusted by their behavior and clear lack of common customer service business practices.
