A long line at the checkout but that can be blamed on covid 19 crazy times 😜 people trying to adjust to the new norm and nobody knows what that looks like family dollar is still the place I visit almost on a daily basis 3 or 4 times a week and more now because of the hours who knows what next week might bring but one thing for sho there is always a good bargain at family dollar and thats all Im saying

Very great customer service. Store was a little crowded and messy.

Treated rudely by staff. I called and asked if bubble guns/bubble blasters were sold there and was told to hold. I held for 4 minutes while I heard the woman talking to her employees when she had no customers and then ringing up items when she did, while the phone sounded like it was sitting on the counter. Then I kept saying hello and hung up. Then of course since the phone was on the counter, I got a busy signal for the next ten minutes while trying to call back.
