GAIA Stone Gallery in Tallahassee is the ONLY place to find what you need for your Rennovations or building projects! From start to finish Ruan was professional, knowledgeable, confident, yet courteous and a gentleman. I had some idea but not enough knowledge about what I really wanted other than countertops. Ruan and his expertise helped me to bring my kitchen renovation project to completion. He is personable, so he made sure what I decided on was what I needed and did not try to OVER sale me items I didn’t need. He shared knowledge and information and allowed me to take my time and decide. After the decision of what I needed/wanted he personally came out to measure. Alfred was next to do the templates, he too was professional and a gentleman. I then had Julio and Juan to come out to install my granite countertops. These two gentlemen seem to work very efficiently and almost effortless as they impressed me to be experts in what they were doing. In just a few hours my kitchen from the 1980’s has been transferred to an elegantly beautiful place to cook, eat, share stories and make new memories with family and friends. I look forward to using your services again and I’ve already given referrals! Contrary to the glowing reviews, I have had anything BUT a pleasant experience.Ruan, team, and GAIA have given us nothing but dismal experience by not keeping up with their word, timeline, or contract. Work is still incomplete with no notice given by GAIA regarding availability of crew. All calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered for the past two months. Incorrect measurements and sloppy cuts have ruined the end product of our shower, leading to accrual of additional expenses to fix the mess. I urge would be customers to evaluate other options in Tallahassee. Dont fall for the gallery products or pictures as their commitment is completely lacking.

Amazing job by Ruan and his team! His customer service and follow through are first rate! He worked with us to create our vision for our renovation project which turned out stunning! Highly recommend this company!

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE! Will collect your down payment real fast and go without communication for a long time, then several fake installation dates will follow, costing now over four weeks of extra hotel accommodation! Complete nightmare not to wish upon a worst enemy if you had one.

GAIA stone gallery is amazing. I love the way they have the slabs hanging in a showroom setting. You can see the entire slab. I am so impressed with the selection of natural stone products. They have some of the most unique slabs that I have ever seen in the Tallahassee market. The best part is they are actually affordable.
